ROOM OCCUPANCY

- You can check the exact room rate after selecting the itinerary.
- Exceeding the maximum occupancy is prohibited.
- Reservations exceeding the standard number of people will incur an additional fee, and one set of additional bedding (toppers, blankets, and pillows) will be provided for each additional person.
- However, there is no additional fee for children under the age of 12 and infants, but if you need additional bedding, please set an additional person as an adult. (For example, if you want to make a reservation for 2 adults and 1 child, or if you want to request additional bedding, please make a reservation for 3 adults.)

GUIDELINES

Check-in is 4 p.m and check-out is 11 a.m
Exceeding the maximum occupancy is prohibited.
Only guests listed on the reservation can enter the property.
No smoking in any areas of the property. Special cleaning fee is charged in case of violation.
Compensation fee will be charged in case of loss or damage to bedding, equipment, facilities etc.
For stays of 4 nights or more, a mid-clean is provided upon request only.
Commercial photos and videos that have not been agreed upon (including commercials, product photos, shopping malls, and social media markets) and drone photography are not allowed. Please contact us in advance for commercial rental filming.
Minors cannot stay without a guardian (legal representative).
Disinfection service is carried out regularly but bugs and insects may still come in due the natural surrounding of the area. Refund is not possible for these reasons.
The guest is responsible for safety accidents caused by negligence or negligence in safety management.
