Beautiful apartment in a lovely part of Berlin

Highly recommended! The property was great: clean, spacious and in a lovely situation. The host Dina was incredibly helpful throughout, and even helped us to find a vet for our doggy. We were staying for Christmas and the apartment had been decorated and little gifts left for all of us and the dog. It's pretty easy to get into Berlin, either by car or public transport and there's plenty of good facilities locally.

Entspannung in der Großstadt

Gute Anbindung zur S Bahn (ca 20 min Fußmarsch) von da aus kann man ganz Berlin erkunden.Auch sehr schön die Umgebung in Heiligensee

Am Rande der Stadt

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft von der Vermieterin sehr gut aufgenommen gefühlt. Für unseren Hund hat sie gleich noch einen Wassernapf geholt, so dass auch unser jüngstes Familienmitglied gut versorgt war. Der Bahnhof Heiligensee ist etwa 1km fußläufig erreichbar. Da die Strecke dahin sehr schön ist, kann man das auch gut für einen aktiven Start in den Tag nutzen. Sinnvoller wäre es aber sich Fahrräder zu mieten oder sie mitzubringen. Da die Umgebung zum Radfahren einlädt. Wir haben uns insgesamt wohl gefühlt und bei Problemen wurde schnell eine Lösung gefunden.

Leider kein Außenbereich für Hund

Wir hatten diese Fewo gebucht, da das Mitbringen eines Hundes erlaubt ist und im Inserat damit geworben wird, dass die Besitzerin selber einen Hund hat, der „sich auf die Gäste freut“, und ein Garten mit Grillplatz vorhanden ist, der von den Tieren genutzt werden kann. Im inserat wird sogar explizit erwähnt, dass der Garten umzäunt ist. Vor Ort stellte sich leider heraus, dass dort eine Katze und zwei Kaninchen leben und unser Hund deshalb nicht in den Garten darf. Sehr schade. Sonst fehlte es in der Fewo an nichts und sie war im Grunde sauber.

Gemütliche Wohnung in Heiligensee

Die Wohnung im ersten Stock eines Zweifamilienhauses ist komfortabel ausgestattet. Sie liegt in einem reinen Wohngebiet mitten im Grünen. Mehrere Geschäfte z.B. ALDI und LIDL sind in circa 20 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Desgleichen die S-Bahn S 25, die ins Zentrum fährt und u.a.am Brandenburger Tor hält. Die Vermieterin Frau Krohm ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen.

Small but lovely apartment

Kind owner of the apartment, she welcomed us friendly. She was a good host. Clean rooms, nice stay. We had a little boat and went swimming and floating every day. Berlin is just 30 minutes driving away and lot to do. We had a very good stay.

Nette Ferienwohnung, jedoch nichts für Freiheitsliebende

Die Ferienwohnung ist im Dachgeschoss des Hauses, darunter haben Familienangehörige der Vermieterin ihren Hauptwohnsitz. Es wird derselbe Hauseingang genutzt und die Treppe ins Dachgeschoss zur Ferienwohnung führt an der Wohnung der Untermieter entlang. Bei 4 Personen, die sich Berlin ansehen wollen, ist es kaum zu vermeiden, dass gewisse Geräusche durch das Zusammenleben entstehen. Jemand vergisst etwas, muss mehrfach die Treppe benutzen - leider kann aber kein Gast etwas für die knarzenden Geräusche, die diese von sich gibt. Hier ist ein Gast gegebenenfalls in seiner freien Entfaltung eingeschränkt, wenn er nicht schon 20 Uhr wieder in der Wohnung ist und sich alsbald schlafen legt. Ein Dachgeschoss wird im Sommer bekanntlich extrem warm. Es waren mehrere Stand-Ventilatoren vorhanden, sodass zumindest für Luftzirkulation gesorgt werden konnte. Aber leider war an keinem der Fenster ein Fliegengitter angebracht. Da es temperaturbedingt nur abends/nachts/morgens Sinn macht zu lüften und Berlin enorm von Mücken gesegnet ist, waren wir halb zerstochen. Ab der zweiten Nacht haben wir dann mit geschlossenem Fenster in warmen Zimmern geschlafen - alles besser, als von zig Mücken geplagt zu werden. Wenigstens 1 Fenster mit Fliegengitter wäre hier hilfreich. Ansonsten war der Aufenthalt gut, die Vermieterin nett. Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel war sehr gut: 5 Minuten Fußweg entfernt eine Bushaltstelle und ca. 20 Minuten Fußweg entfernt die nächstgelegene S-Bahn-Station.

5 Tage Berlin

Die Wohnung war sehr groß . Leider war das Ehebett von der Matratze zu weich. Nichts für kaputten Rücken. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett. Leider war das parken nicht so wie beschrieben. Lag aber an den sehr unfreundlichen Nachtbarn.Dafür kann aber die Vermieterin nichts.

Ferienwohnung Heiligensee Berlin

Leider wurde bei unseren Aufenthalt ,bei der Tochter der Vermietering ,die,die Wohnung unten der Ferienwohnung bewohnt ,die Terrasse neu gemacht, was sehr laut und störend war und das die ganze Woche unseren Aufenthaltes , Urlaub stimmung kam daher nicht auf,ich finde das es eine frechheit ist ,so eine doch große und sehr laute Maßnahme gemacht wird, wenn Urlauber die Ferienwohnung gemietet gaben,Gott sei dank gehts auch anders,wie ich in der regel erfahren habe.
