Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

No animals on the furniture. If there is resemblance of animal hair on any of the furniture there will be a $250 pet cleaning fee.

Absolutely NO smoking or vaping in or around the property. Any resemblance of smoke or cigarettes will acquire a $500 smoking cleaning fee.

No more than 2 animals are permitted on the property. Each additional animal will incur a $50 fee and only done so upon approval.
