Disfrute del lujo de alojarse en una gran villa frente a la playa, las vistas son increíbles

Lujo de 4 dormitorios villa frente al mar a pocos metros de la hermosa playa de arena de Ayia Thekla. Piscina privada, barbacoa, tumbonas, muebles de jardín. La piscina mide aproximadamente 7. 5 metros por 3. 5 metros.

Cocina totalmente equipada con encimera de granito, horno, vitrocerámica, microondas, nevera / congelador, lavavajillas, lavadora, cubiertos, etc. Comedor para 8 personas acomodadas fácilmente.

Amueblado a un nivel excepcionalmente alto. Salón con sofá de cuero en forma de L, mesa de café, TV de plasma, WI-FI, satélite con canales en inglés y europeos disponibles.

Totalmente climatizado en todas partes.

Dormitorio principal con cama de matrimonio, armarios empotrados con baño en-suite. Segundo dormitorio con cama matrimonial king size, armarios empotrados, espejo, tercer dormitorio con dos camas individuales, armarios empotrados, cuarto dormitorio con dos camas individuales grandes y armarios empotrados, más baño. Todas las habitaciones tienen acceso a un balcón, excepto la habitación de la planta baja.

El baño familiar tiene ducha sobre la bañera, y hay un aseo en la planta baja. Ducha exterior por amplia zona de piscina.

A pocos minutos a pie hay un pequeño supermercado / cafetería con un suministro adecuado, y el restaurante Nasaki, ubicado en la playa de Ayia Thekla, está a pocos pasos.

Fint välskött hus med härlig havsutsikt praktiskt taget på stranden. Klippor rakt nedanför huset men en fin liten sandstrand för bad bara några steg bort. Större stränder också inom gångavstånd. Liten supermarket och en restaurang i kvarteret. Bra kontakt med värden Carol och lokala fastighetsskötaren Sylke gjorde vår vistelse smidig och enkel. Stort hus med bra utrymmen för två familjer. Vi var 9 personer som alla bodde bekvämt. Bra grill (kol) och sällskapsytor utomhus. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka!

This villa is everything it claims to be. The view is incredible and the villa and particularly the garden has been designed to maximise your enjoyment of it. It has everything you need. The very nice beach is a short walk away however the little coves opposite the villa are more lovely than the beach when you fancy a sea swim. Shallow and warm. The local supermarket is approximately 150 - 200 metres on a flat quiet clean street. It has everything you need and the attached cafe and restaurant serves a nice coffee and a good meal. The owners and local manager are lovely and supportive. If you like the look of this villa then the reality will exceed your expectations.

Beautiful villa with everything we needed, fantastic views to the sea from the villa. Not alot around, but a sufficient small supermarket round the corner and some lovely beaches, small one to the right 5 mins walk, and a larger one with sunbeds and cafe/restaurant 10 mins walk to the left. Very good communication with the owner Carol and Sylke. Thanks for a great stay, would highly recommend.

Group holiday

A group of 7 adults for 9 days absolutely beautiful. Location and amenities were great. The view is amazing and just what you need to unwind. We would 100% stay here again. The perfect VRBO

This property is stunning. Excess pots & pans, dishes, glasses, cups and the extra details throughout made us feel at home immediately. Communication was prompt and helpful. We have stayed in properties around the world and this was a stand alone 10. Our stay was enjoyable, relaxing and could not have been better. This is what the VRBO concept was meant to be. Great stay in a lovely villa

We had a great time in this wonderful villa. The view from the back of the Mediterranean is amazing. The villa has a/c in all the bedrooms and the main living area. The supermarket is just around the corner and has a nice restaurant next to it. The location is a little remote; we walked or cabbed quite a lot to get anywhere. The new marina nearby is lovely for the spa and restaurants. The pool is quite small, so couldn't really fit all eight of us. And the fixtures and fittings are a little dated. But these are minor points. We had a great time and definitely recommend it!

Family Holiday

My family and I spent two weeks at this villa. I spent months researching villas in a lot of locations to find the perfect one for us and I am a bit picky and like a bit of luxury! I decided to take faith in the reviews from previous holiday makers. I challenge anyone to find reviews as good as this villa for a similar price. I can confirm that all the comments made about this villa are accurate. There are no disappointments and I will be forever grateful to the folk that have left reviews hence me now doing this one. The villa is exceptionally clean, the beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is very well equipped. Outside, the space is amazing and the view has to be experienced to be appreciated. I took a video of the view and the noise of the waves to play back to remind me of the beauty of this place. I am so grateful for the memories my family and I now have. Thank you to Carol, the owner and a big thanks to Sylke, the lady who is never far away for help and advice in Cyprus. You both made the holiday so easy. Thank you. x

Beautiful villa in a stunning location

The villa was beautiful, well maintained and looked exactly like the pictures. Communication with the owner before we arrived and with the owner and housekeeper during our stay was excellent. The villa was well equipped with everything we needed for our 2 week stay. Location was stunning with access to the sea right at the bottom of the garden and there was a good supermarket 5 mins walk away. A car is required to get to the best of the sandy beaches (15/ 20 mins drive away) and to make the most of the many excellent restaurants in nearby villages. We had a couple of minor issues during our stay but these were handled quickly and effectively with minimum disruption to our holiday. I cannot speak highly enough about our time at the property and would definitely recommend the property to anyone looking for a luxury seafront villa in a quiet location but within easy reach of all the action.

A wonderful holiday

We had an amazing holiday in Cyprus! The Villa was super clean and well appointed for our family of 7. The views were absolutely spectacular!! We loved spending time outdoors and enjoying the water just steps outside the backdoor! The market was just up the street and offered a great selection of things to prepare meals or just get a snack! Many wonderful memories were made! We are so thankful for our time in Cyprus!

Best holiday ever!!!

We already had expectations based on the pictures on the website, but the reality far exceeded our expectations. We have been to Cyprus for the 8th time now, we have always rented houses, but Carol's house was by far the best and also the one with the most beautiful view. In our opinion, you can't have a nicer holiday than there. We will remember our vacation in this wonderfully beautiful house for a long time. We will be back!!! Dear Carol, many thanks for everything!!!

Wonderful stay

We stayed for 2 weeks as a family of 6 with a young child. The photos do not give this villa justice, it is stunning inside and the outside is even better. Lovely large garden, terrace and pool. The views are amazing. Location near to great shop, restaurant and a great beach bar in east walking distance. The beach on your doorstep and hearing the waves 24/7, couldn’t ask for me. Carol was great to communicate with and answered all queries and if we ever return to Cyprus we will make sure we book this villa and on other place will come close

We fell in love with Cyprus many years ago whilst on holiday and dreamed of owning a holiday home there one day. Our dream eventually came true when we purchased our fist villa back in 2003, a small 2 bedroomed house with a pool and enjoyed many lovely holidays there. However, we have 2 children and 8 grandchildren and longed for a larger property where we all could enjoy the benefits of holidaying with all the family and started looking for a larger villa. We purchased this villa back in 2007 'off plan' from the same developer as before and have never looked back. We love it and Cyprus is our second home!

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We purchased this property because of the location by the sea. To have a beach front villa is a dream we never thought we would ever have or be able to afford. All the waiting and saving was worthwhile, to spend time just looking out to sea with a cool glass of wine in your hand and let the hours drift by is totally relaxing and a feeling you just have to experience. Visitors have told us that they become almost 'mesmerized' by the sea and all they want to do is sit and look out. The beaches nearby are beautiful and not crowded. Far from the packed, heavily commercialised beaches you find in some places, Cyprus has some of the most beautiful and safe beaches we seen, even on our other travels abroad. Ayia Thekla beach is fairly small, but we always feel safe with our young grandchildren as the sea is quite shallow and it's possible to walk out to a small island, making it accessible even to those who don't swim.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

A beachfront property is certainly unique but it's so easily accessible for anyone to enjoy, especially if you decide to share with other families and friends. There's just plenty of space, 2 or 3 small cafe/bars within easy walking distance and a great supermarket that stocks just about anything you want. The pool is big enough for families to enjoy without being too deep that you're worried about the children getting out of their depth and if you want to just relax by the pool with a cocktail, whilst also enjoying a unique view out to sea, then this is just for you.
