Welcome to your cozy home away from home in Meridian, Idaho. This charming 3-bedroom, 2-bath retreat blends comfort, space, and thoughtful design—ideal for families, business travelers, or small groups.
The space
Inside, relax in the inviting living room with a cozy fireplace and Smart TV for streaming your favorite shows. The renovated kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, dishes, utensils, a toaster, coffee maker, and new full-size appliances—everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals. Gather in the open dining area with seating for six.


Sleep comfortably across three bedrooms: the Master with a king bed, another with a queen bed, and a third with two twin beds. There are two clean, modern bathrooms: the Master with a large walk in shower, double sink vanity and the hall bath with a tub/shower that are both stocked with fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

Need to catch up on work? We’ve got you covered with a dedicated desk space in the office. High Speed fiber WiFi network available with log in.


Step out to the fully landscaped backyard and enjoy the shade of the mature trees. Grill up your favorites on the BBQ and gather around the table for 6. This house is absolutely lovely! It’s beautifully decorated, with a layout that’s perfect for relaxing or visiting with friends and family. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The McGlinchey house was hands-down my favorite rental stay…and I’ve stayed at a lot. It felt just like being at home- well-stocked with everything we wanted and needed, clean, comfortable beds, enough towel hooks for everyone, enough towels, GREAT fenced backyard with outdoor dining set and fireplace. It was perfect for our family of 5, with 3 kids ranging 1 year to 4 years old. The host put a lot of thought and effort into making this home a place of peace and relaxation. Location is in a sweet, quiet neighborhood, far enough from the noice but close enough for food, groceries, ISU, etc. The host was extremely responsive and answered all my questions prior to arrival. The checkout “chores” were minimal and were basic common courtesy tasks. I definitely see us staying here again on our next trip to the Meridian area.

My husband and I both have our primary residence in Oregon but visit the Boise area often because our kids and grandson live here. We purchased this as a 2nd home for us to stay in when we visit them and share it with others that are visiting the area.

This is such a quiet neighborhood and no street traffic other than those that live here.

What makes this property unique

The inside is comfortable but the outdoor space is so nice to spend time in. Sit around the firepit and relax, eat dinner outside under the covered pergola under the lights, or just enjoy the shade and quietness of the outdoors.
