Green Lake is known for its crystal-clear water and its location in the heart of Spicer. Our home is newly remodeled and well cared for. It has beds for 10 (4 bedrooms for plenty of privacy), 2.5 baths, an open floor plan, a beautiful new fully equipped kitchen, a lakeside deck which has 2 grills (Weber and Blackstone), a screened in porch retreat (complete with strings of lights) overlooking the lake, a firepit patio overlooking the lake, a large dock, and so much more. The property's location couldn't be better! 1 mile from the local 27-hole golf course and restaurant (Little Crow Golf Resort), boating or biking distance to 2 lakeside restaurants (O'Neil's and Zorbaz), a walking/biking trail which can be accessed directly across the street, great fishing right off the end of the dock, and a public access 550 feet away for easy launching of your boat. If you don't have your own boat, there is a local pontoon rental company that will deliver and pick up from you (convenient!). Also, you can get on the water stress free via a Green Lake Boat Cruise (public houseboat cruises which launch from Zorbaz in Spicer). Just 3 miles to the north, is the adorable town of New London, which is known for its MANY unique boutique shops as well as a great brewery (Goat Ridge Brewery) and bowling alley with bar/grill (Alley on Ash).
