NOW ACCEPTING RESERVATIONS FOR 2017!!!

There is still time available for 2016! For over 40 years our family has enjoyed this lovely location. Now we are making it available for your enjoyment, too!

The sun-dappled waterfront boasts a private pier and boat dock, as well as a two-tiered shoreline gazebo. From the pier, gazebo and house, gaze along a full-length view of Lake Delavan.

Fill your day with sunning, swimming, boating and relaxing. Be prepared to watch spectacular sunsets that fill the sky. And we are located on one of the prime fishing spots for this all-season fishing lake.

Take the family to dinner on the pontoon boat; tie up at Lake Lawn Lodge or The Waterfront and enjoy spectacular lakeside dining. We have a canoe and rowboat for your use. In addition, there is a pontoon boat that is available for rent. (Rowboat and canoe are free.)

The oak tree-shaded house on the hill features two separate decks for plenty of quality relaxation. Both offer wide open, expansive lake views to go with seat swings, umbrella-ed tables and chairs.

Inside, there is a lakeside 'great room' with a wood stove, piano, couches and chairs to help enjoy the terrific lake sight lines. If you can 'Work From Home' you can work from here. We have a 4in1 printer, wi-fi, conference phone and separate work space with great lake views.

The kitchen is a ready-to-roll fully equipped affair. Adjacent to it is a large eat-in area and family room flow-through space that includes a fireplace and flat-screen TV. From the eat-in area, sliding glass doors lead to the second, wraparound, deck and patio for grilling, lounging and soaking in the great views. The first floor Master Bedroom is H/C accessible and conveniently off the kitchen/hearth room area.

Past the kitchen and family room area is a dining room that is ready to receive. It even has a bay window nook with a table for two for more great lake views.

Across the hall from the dining room is a living room. It features another fireplace, a flat-screen TV, plenty of couch and comfy chair seating, and nice window views.

Upstairs are four comfortable bedrooms, three with queen beds, one with a full & twin and a bathroom. All of the bedrooms have lake views.

The lower-level game room area is quite spacious. It offers a plenty of game options, as well as a bunk bed and futon sofa.

Another game option is the pool table, located in the loft above the garage. This is a separate space, apart from the house, with windows overlooking the driveway, parking areas, house and lake. There are also three beds in this stand-alone place.

Outside and around the garage is ample parking for RVs, trailers and autos.

All the amenities of home are found here, making this your ideal place to enjoy any number of Lake Delavan activities, hike or bike in the Kettle Moraine state park system, dine out at any of the numerous area restaurants or simply catch up with that good book.

Please contact us via e-mail regarding the dates you are interested in renting. Our home is owner occupied throughout the year when it is not rented, so the calendar may not always reflect the entire dates it's available.

Relaxation!!!

  • 5 of 5

Rented Brady Manor to celebrate my husbands 60th Birthday. Took our adult children and our grandchild for his first vacation. What a beautiful location!! The home is very spacious and well equipped. A week was not enough time to do all the things we wanted to do, but we sure enjoyed many activities that this home offered. We played pool, bumper pool and ping pong. There are tons of games and videos and DVDs. We enjoyed the pontoon boat and canoe. Such a perfect relaxing and comfortable vacation!!!! We will definitely be back!

Thank you for you hospitality

Great Home

  • 5 of 5

We rented Brady Manor last summer and this past summer in July and plan to continue the tradition. We had rented a smaller home on the same lake in prior years, but found that our large family of 14 just needed more space (especially as the kids got older). This is an excellent home for a relaxing week away! The house is absolutely huge, and there is plenty of space for everyone to spread out. There are 4 very large gathering spaces offering everyone a place to call their own. The space over the boathouse is fantastic, and was a main gathering spot for those who wanted to take a break from the water. We brought our own boat, and it was so nice to have a pier to dock.

The kitchen has everything you could possibly need, and whatever you forgot is only a 10 minute drive away to the local Wal-Mart. There is a gas grill located on a deck off of the kitchen which cooks wonderfully. There is another deck located off of the family room that is a great place to sit and read. The backyard has enough space to play bags or ladder golf- or just run around. The sunsets are incredible from the pier! My brother had great luck fishing from right off the pier. The A/C works well and the bedrooms are very comfortable. The updated bathrooms are a nice change from the usual lake house. Brady Manor is not a 'cabin' by any means, but a lovely well cared for home, that makes you feel like you are staying with a close relative. All of the comforts of being at home. The owners are very responsive to any questions that come up. I definitely recommend working with the Brady family and enjoying this beautiful home.

Delavan is a beautiful lake-large, but not too busy. We spend most days water skiing or tubing. Last year and this year we rented wave runners from Lake Lawn Resort for the whole day, which was a fun way to enjoy Delavan Lake- I definitely recommend it! We also brought our bikes up this year and rode around the lake several times!

Family Reunion at Brady Manor

  • 5 of 5

This lake home was everything we could have hoped for as we gathered on Lake Delavan for a large family reunion. The ammenities were absolutely wonderful...plenty of beds for our group of 15 and such a spacious home that we all felt right at home but with a lot of space to spread out. The many different rooms offered space for quiet reading while others gathered in the front room for cards, music and more. The decks, especially the deck over the boat house offered wonderful shade and views of the lake. We will definitely return for our next gathering. Thanks for a great time Brady Manor!!!!

Fantastic House

  • 5 of 5

This house is simply amazing. As soon as we entered the front door all of us stated "WOW" Talk about a great first impression. In only got better as we navigated through this enormous house. This is not your typical rental. It felt like we were guests of the owners while they were away. As evidenced by the family photo's on the wall there were many good times and great memories in this house, you could almost hear the laughter. We were a party of ten with eight adults and two small children, three and two years old. There was plenty of room for everyone. One thing we really liked about this house was that there were three living rooms. The main living room is were we gathered to watch TV and have a nightly fire in the cozy wood burning fireplace. The middle room served as quiet area were you could read a book, watch TV or just relax. The little ones spent time in the living room closest to the lake. Here they could spread out their toys, color, or play the family piano. (ear plugs may be needed) This house is clean, tastefully decorated, and has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The kitchen modern and well equipped.

The back yard slopes down to the lake shore. The lawn is well maintained and has large trees offering plenty of shade. The kids were able to swim off the shore. It is slightly rocky but softens up the further out you go. We rented the family pontoon boat so we could enjoy beautiful Delavan Lake. The lake is super clean, and deep. We were able to anchor the boat and swim and dive off of it. The lake was super busy due to the Labor Day holiday and it got pretty choppy. There is an area of the lake that a lot of us parked our boats that the ski boats and jet skis stayed away from.

We did not fish from the boat because you are not going to believe how good the fishing is right off the family pier. We caught bass, northern and bluegill using worms and bobbers.

On top of the boat house there is a covered deck that you could sit out on and watch the water with a cool beverage, have dinner or drink your morning coffee.

We have stayed at several houses in the past but everyone agreed that this house was the best. We all want to come back and we certainly will.

An Awesome Rental!

  • 5 of 5

When we arrived we knew immediately that we had chosen well. Brady Manor is comfortable, spacious and homey, the perfect place for 50th anniversary/family reunion. Our first consideration had to be location, and Lake Delavan was central to everybody involved. Another benefit was that Lake Geneva was very close and a great place to visit.

Our second consideration was space, and Brady Manor had plenty of bedrooms and comfortable sleeping space for all sixteen of us. The master suite was a dream. Four families coming together require plenty of space for food, coolers, bikes, fishing poles and all the rest of the “stuff” we brought, and we were not disappointed. Plus, the home is well stocked with everything we could possibly want. Brady Manor is exactly as described in their listing and more.

We all had a wonderful time during our stay in Brady Manor. Everybody was able to do whatever they wanted, whether it be taking the pontoon out for a spin, reading a book, hanging out in the gazebo watching the kids and grandkids catch fish from the pier (a really great option), swimming off the pier, canoeing on the lake, playing games on the lawn, etc., etc., etc. What more could we ask? The owners were wonderful to deal with, always doing everything possible to meet all our needs. We would definitely return to Brady Manor.

Awesome vacation home for families!

  • 5 of 5

5 Star experience! Our family rented this beautiful home in July. The owner was easy to work with and the home was well equipped for a family vacation. The home was clean and had spacious grounds for family fun. We enjoyed the pontoon boat and especially enjoyed the gazebo perched above the lake. We

plan on returning sometime next summer!

Lake Delavan is in rural, rolling, southeast Wisconsin. It's fifteen minutes from downtown Lake Geneva. One hour from downtown Milwaukee, one hour from the state capitol and University of Wisconsin in Madison. 90 minutes from Chicago.

This is an all-season area. Winter features skiing and cross-country skiing, snowmobiles, ice fishing, and even ice boat sailing!

Spring provides 'off-season' opportunities to beat the summer crowds to such sites as Frank Lloyd Wright's Taliesin, theater in Fort Atkinson, tours of the famous Yerkes Observatory in Williams Bay, hiking and biking through the Kettle Morraine, and more!

Summer is filled with swimming and sailing and boating and fishing and grilling and relaxing in the warmth of the Lake Delavan sun.

Autumn can be the best season of all. The area is filled with beautiful foliage that can be best enjoyed along the shores of our lake, or by hikes in nearby state parks.

Whether you are a gung-ho golfer or an accomplished quilter, the Lake Delavan area offers a wide range of opportunities to satisfy your interests, all year round.
