The Bayview Bungalow is located in the popular Assembly Park, a private community on Lake Delavan with a members and guests-only beach featuring water slide and water trampoline! One of the community’s FOUR playgrounds is right outside your door, and dog park just steps away. Boat Launch. Big park” includes a basketball court, baseball field, sand volleyball court, and access to the sand beach!

Cozy cottage

This cute cottage is perfect for a small group or family . We loved the front porch with the lake view. We’d love to stay again next summer. The beach is great for a small with small kids also.

We especially enjoyed the location of the cottage. It had a view of the lake and park and within walking distance of the private beach. It was very convenient to local shopping, attractions and restaurants. We loved spending time in what we called the "sun room". My granddaughters loved the golf cart parade on July 4th.
