Overall great property. Couple minor cosmetic issues but nothing that took away from a great overall experience.

Four grown men on a weekend fishing trip. Cabin was perfect. Great grill on the back porch…we cooked every single meal out there. Very peaceful. Host was very accommodating and the cabin had every thing we needed.

Quaint cottage very convenient to the Shawnee Wine Trail. The lack of an oven and stove did not hamper our foodie lifestyle as the grill and a camp stove (which we brought) met all our needs.

The cabin was on a cul de sac with other cabins. Our neighbors were very friendly. It was quiet. Close to restaurants and stores. Hiking in Giant City State Park. Best was it was 'pet friendly'! We saw the Northern lights!

Very clean, well stocked cabin. There were complimentary snacks and coffee provided. Plenty of towels, linens, pillows, dishes, everything we needed. No stovetop, but the grill on the porch had a side burner that we used for cooking. Any issue or question that we had was promptly responded to by the host. We visited Giant City state park and went ziplining while in the area. Thanks for a nice spring break visit!

Great place. Simple and nice. Very convenient to Carbondale. We stayed 2 nights while visiting our son at SIU. Would definitely stay again.Take note there is not a stove or oven. Not a big deal but did require a minor pivot in menu.
