The cabin—really a guesthouse—is well-stocked and very comfortable: there are loads of blankets, pillows, coffee, spices, and cute decor. It was a great location for folks looking to explore the western portion of Shawnee Nat’l Forest, Shawnee Wine Trail wineries, state parks, & nearby towns. Beautiful, Relaxing Home

This retreat was absolutely lovely. We did not want to leave. Gorgeous decor, relaxing views on the deck, comfortable beds, everything you could need in the kitchen, and it just has a cozy feel. Next time I travel to Carbondale, I’ll be sure to stay here again!

Great long weekend

My wife and I had a great long weekend here. The cabin was perfect for us. It was clean and in a wonderful location. It’s secluded but within east driving distance to the wineries and Giant City State Park. We are already discussing our next trip.
