SFH with plenty of space for family
Welcome Home! This updated single-story home is the perfect place to call home while visiting Central Ohio. The house features a higher-end kitchen with an open dining area and spacious living room that leads to a private patio and large fenced-in backyard. Down the hall are a full bathroom and four private bedrooms, including a primary suite with its own convenient en suite bathroom.
Guests may park on the street, in the driveway, or in the single-car garage. After entering through the front door into the storage-filled foyer, you`ll find a laundry room to your left and the kitchen on your right. With higher-end cabinets, butcher block counter tops, stainless steal appliances, and a full stock of cooking basics, the kitchen offers everything you need to prepare fresh meals and gather with your group.
The dining table has seating for six, and the large living room with a comfy sectional sofa and 50` has plenty of room for more. Sliding glass doors in the living room provide natural light and open to the patio with a dining set. The large fenced-yard is a great space to play for the whole family and your pets.
Each bedroom features comfortable beds with fresh sheets, extra blankets, black-out shades, and ample clothing storage. Guests may choose the front bedroom that doubles as a private office, the light and serene middle bedroom, the large back bedroom, or the primary bedroom with TV and private en suite bathroom. Both full bathrooms in the hall and off the primary bedroom offer tub and shower combos with modern tile and clean new fixtures.
This is a stylish and practical home with enough space and privacy for families, friends, roommates, or colleagues to all live comfortably and peacefully while visiting Central Ohio.

Stays 30 nights or longer:
Signed rental agreement required. Monthly cleaning at $100–$200 (listing dependent). Pet-friendly listings charge $200 per pet (includes ESAs).
Stays under 30 nights (pet-friendly listings):
$35 per night per approved pet (includes ESAs), capped at $200 per pet per reservation.

• No parties, events, or open invitations. Only registered guests are allowed unless pre-approved.
• The total number of people (including visitors) may not exceed the occupancy listed. Unapproved guests or over-occupancy may result in a $1,000 fine and cancellation.
NON-SMOKING POLICY
• No smoking or vaping of any kind is allowed on the property (inside or outside).
• Applies to cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, vapes, etc.
• Evidence of smoking (odor, ash, residue) will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate cancellation.
• Additional cleaning or repairs beyond the $1,000 fine may be billed.
• Smoke detectors may be monitored remotely. Do not tamper with any safety device.
CLEANING AND CARE
• Please clean up after yourself. Wash dishes, wipe surfaces, take out trash.
• Treat stains immediately with remover before laundering.
• We provide linens, towels, soap, shampoo, toilet paper, and paper towels. Let us know if anything is missing.
• For stays of 30+ nights, mid-stay professional cleanings are required every 30–45 days and will be billed separately.
• Excessive mess or damage may result in additional cleaning fees.
LONG-TERM STAYS
• 30+ night reservations require a signed lease agreement before check-in.
• Guests must agree to all lease terms sent in advance.
• If the property is in an HOA, guests must also sign and follow the HOA handbook.
• Lease terms may include limits on guest turnover and early termination rules.
• Violations may result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
PET POLICY
• No animals are allowed unless pre-approved in writing. This includes short visits.
• For short stays: $35/night pet fee (capped at $200).
• For long stays (30+ nights): $200 flat pet fee per pet.
• Emotional support animals are treated as pets and require approval and fees.
• All pets must be house-trained, non-destructive, and quiet.
• Pet waste must be picked up and properly disposed of.
• Unauthorized pets will result in a $1,000 fine, cancellation, and removal.
SAFETY, SECURITY, AND BEHAVIOR
• Exterior cameras are in use at all entry points.
• Do not tamper with cameras, smoke detectors, or other safety devices.
• Do not share keys or entry codes with anyone not listed on the reservation.
• Illegal activity (drug use, theft, vandalism, harassment, etc.) will result in immediate eviction and may be reported.
• Do not remove or damage anything in the home. Guests will be billed for missing or broken items.
PERSONAL BELONGINGS
• Guests are responsible for their personal items. We are not liable for loss or theft.
• We do not forward mail or packages after departure. Please update your shipping address if needed.
