Please note that the laundry, gym, water slide, and second-floor resort entrances from the parking garage are reserved for Compass Cove Front Desk guests only.

You’ll find luggage carts at the main entrance of the Pinnacle building for your convenience. Ground-floor check-in parking is available upon your arrival, and complementary parking passes will be placed in your room. The elevator can be accessed from the main entrance on the Pinnacle building's ground floor. During peak times, overflow parking is available in the structure across the street from the primary garage.

No Pets Allowed
As much as we adore furry companions, we do not allow pets in this condo. Thank you for understanding!

Smoke-Free Zone
Please avoid smoking inside the condo or on the balcony. Any evidence of smoking will result in an additional cleaning fee to remove odors and restore the space.

No Parties or Large Gatherings
To maintain a peaceful environment trailers, RVs, mobile homes are not allowed on the property.
