Prepare yourself to unwind and escape it all at this condo, which is located on the seventh level of Sandy Beach.

Stay inside and make meals in the fully functional kitchen while you're not dining on seafood at one of the beachside eateries. Everything you need to prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner is in the kitchen, including new appliances.

After an enjoyable day in the sun, retire to the peaceful bedroom to ensure a restful night's sleep. Two queen beds are located in each of the bedrooms, and two more guests can sleep on the murphy bed in the living room.

Every morning when you get up, head outside to the balcony to sip your orange juice or coffee! The finest way to begin the day is to watch the sun slowly rise over the horizon. For your convenience, coffee is also easily accessible in the lobby on the second floor. Take a seat, gaze out over the sea, and grab a newspaper!

You will have access to a ton of fantastic community amenities at Sandy Beach Resort. There is also free wifi available all across the resort, a fitness facility, and conference spaces.

THE LOCATION

This condo's prime location is its greatest feature. In only a few short steps, you may reach the beach by taking the elevator to the ground floor! Bring a book and while you enjoy the sun, lose yourself in a good book.

Your group's golfers will be eager to hit the links and pack their clubs. There are about 100 prestigious golf courses in Myrtle Beach and the surrounding area, some of which include views of the ocean! The property is only a short few minutes away from the closest courses.

There are many putt-putt courses in Myrtle Beach, which are great for family outings. Walk across the street to Splashes Waterpark or Family Kingdom Amusement Park for more family-friendly entertainment! Riding the exhilarating rides and waterslides might take up your entire day.

You'll be ravenous after having so much fun! Fortunately, there are excellent seafood restaurants directly across the street from the condo. After dinner, go along the promenade to peruse the shops and ride the SkyWheel to enjoy a glimpse of the city!

Communication with the host was not good. Tried contacting before we arrived, calling, VRBO messaging, and texting. No response. I began to think this wasn’t real. When we arrived we received a text with the code to get in- except the message was missing THE CODE. Finally received an answer with a code- the WRONG code. Was asks to try a different one, which did work. Raises security concerns. Had questions during the stay, once again no response. Just automated nonsense. The room is dated. Couch is terrible. Beds uncomfortable. Ripped cushions on the balcony. The resort is great, but this room is not. Was sent an automated message asking to leave a 5 star review, I replied with these comments- NO RESPONSE. A day later, automated message again asking me for 5 star review. We won’t be using Big Fish Rentals again.

Wonderful stay

This place was the perfect spot for my family. We arrived to a clean room with a beautiful view. The resort is perfect for all size kids, with plenty of pools for all the kids to play in. We loved that it was directly on the beach and close to plenty of shops and things to do. I had a question for the host, and they got back to me very quickly. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

GREAT VIEW!

This was our first time to Myrtle Beach and the Atlantic Ocean. View of the ocean was amazing. Condo was okay. Couch and chair are alittle worn but acceptable. We will stay again hopefully soon.

A very nice experience.

Front desk check-in was warm and welcoming. Room was easy to find. Code easy to use. Kitchen had everything I needed.Bathroom and kitchen were very clean. Bed was comfortable Couch and dining room chairs weren't very comfortable but definitely serviceable. The balcony chairs were very comfortable perfect place for morning tea. Host was friendly, accessible and helpful. Highly recommend!

The location worked for me. But, once I got there it was very dated and not anything like the pictures. Misleading. But, once updated would be a nice place to stay. Bad musty smell that you faced every time you walked in the condo.

Not clean.

We spent the first 30 minutes cleaning the condo. Jacuzzi did not work, water pressure in bathroom sink was not existant, the balcony was nasty. Other than these issues, the view was spectacular.

Great Resort and Location, horrible condo!

The condo was dirty when we arrived. I read the reviews thinking this realty company would have of course addressed the issues. They did not. Freezer wouldn’t freeze and the coffee maker didn’t work. Jets in the tub didn’t work. The sofa and chair completely soiled. No mattress on the pull out. The property manager was rude!

Great view, needs furniture upgrade

Check-in process was easy. Unit was advertised as "Newly Upgraded" but it was not. No Murphy bed as advertised. Living room sofa was dirty and uncomfortable. Bathroom mirror was falling off the wall. Entire unit needs a thorough cleaning. Beds squeak when you move but beds were firm and comfortable, AC in bedroom worked great and great view from balcony. Good communication with property manager. This unit would be great if upgraded as advertised.

Sleep deprived

Pros - easy check in/check out, very clean condo, & kids loved the bath tub. Cons- The microwave was broken when we arrived and we were brought a new one the following day. We were given 8 towels and wash clothes for a 6 day stay with two adults and two children. We had to continuously bring towels from the pool area to use after showering. The couch needs to be replaced. It's very uncomfortable. The sliding door to the balcony is hard to open and close. We were not able to use to fitness center, ice machine or vending due to not having a room key which is the only way to access the room where those things are located. The beds were IMPOSSIBLE to sleep on. They were very loud and hard. Every time we made the slightest movement it was so loud that it woke up our children. We ended up leaving a day early due to just being so tired from getting no sleep. We have stayed at Sandy beach resort every year for the past 7 years. We have always booked directly through the resort besides this year. From now on we will continue booking through the resort.

When we arrived the room was dirty. There were hairs on the sheets. The floor was sticky. The pull out mattress was stained with rust. There is rusting and what appears to be mold in the bathroom ceiling. The pullout bed is not able to be slept on, there might as well not even be a mattress with how uncomfortable it is. Do not let the pictures fool you on the listing, this needs serious upgrades. We did contact the property manager who offered to send cleaners the next morning as we arrive late in the evening, but we only had 2 days to spend, and it would not have helped make the place feel much more comfortable. Check in was easy, had a good view of the ocean, however the room itself felt dirty and needs significant renovations.
