The condo is in a great location close to the parks and is huge. We had a great trip and for the value, this condo is perfect for groups of any size. Close to restaurants, Target, Walmart, mini-golf, Margaritaville...lots to do outside of the parks too.

The property was very clean and properly maintained. The host had great communication and was very willing to help with any question I had. We highly recommend this place! Very close to Disney properties if you don’t mind a 10-15 mins drive to some parts. It is also very close to Target and a lot of restaurants.

Overall a great value, and my friends and I loved our stay here! The location is fantastic, really close to restaurants and shopping, Disney is also a very short drive. The unit is definitely in an older development, but it was very clean and the appliances were in great condition and all the furnishing seems brand new. The host was quick in responding and the check-in/check-out were very easy. We were especially amazed at how spacious the condo was - we were only 4, but you could easily sleep up to the 8 like the description says and not be cramped. Two of my friends staying with us are local, and plan on using this property again for when other friends or family come to visit!

We recently stayed at this condo for 17 nights. While the location for Disney is excellent and the condo is spacious, it did not meet our expectations. The area around the condo was not ideal with the constant smell of weed and the broken then missing entry gate. Two bedrooms have small double beds with old, very uncomfortable mattresses, and the bunk room furniture is worn and damaged. The bunk bed also had a missing slat, and we found dirty tissues underneath it. The only memory foam mattress was located in the bunk room which I had to use instead of using the main bedroom. The bedrooms blinds were broken in each room and quite dirty, and the curtains in one room were coming away from the wall. The condo would benefit from a deep clean, particularly the bathrooms, where there was mould, built-up grime, and dirt around the skirting boards and doors.The apartment was poorly equipped, with only seven clothes hangers total, few mirrors, and no kettle or clothes airer. To their credit, the owners provided a kettle and airer after a couple of days but these are basic requirements. There is also no safe for guests to use - a real essential. The key code door lock failed twice during our stay, leaving us completely unable to access the property late one evening. Overall, the property would benefit from better maintenance, improved cleanliness, and new beds/mattresses. This would really improve the experience for guests. Sadly we would not return in its current state.
