Highlights:Great spaces, lots of room and restrooms. Clean pool and cool outdoor area Excellent AC, middle of July's heat, still kept the house very cool. It was a great time with our family, fun time for the kids and cozy spaces to hang out.
Outstanding stay! We were there for the passing of a family member. The house was large enough for my family without us being on top of one another. It allowed us to have one less worry. We will definitely book for our next visit in ithe summer.

had a few minor issues with interior doors not latching, with a shower door and the pool. I messaged Karen and they fixed it all. She communicated promptly and we appreciated that
The house is very roomy for a large gathering. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking. The neighborhood was very quiet. The game room and big screen TV's kept guests entertained. The one downside was that the BBQ was a flat top. We were expecting a grill. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place.
Excellent home and property pictures accurately described home on website. The house is nestled in a well established residential neighborhood with beautiful large trees and a park near by to enjoy. I was very pleased with the house unique, elegant and well decorated rooms. The Host was fantastic and available to assist as needed. We had 12 guests, all from out of State to celebrate a 70th birthday. They were well pleased. We had plenty of space to accommodate my large gathering for 3 days and thank the host for allowing us to have our celebration in this lovely, warm home. I only regret having to leave. I certainly plan to come back for future events. Thanks again

Overall, the house itself was nice, spacious, and had plenty of room for our group. Unfortunately, the condition of the property and our experience did not match the price we paid. The yard was in very poor condition. The grass was overgrown, weeds were everywhere, and there were so many mosquitoes that it made spending time outside impossible. We even had mosquitoes inside the house.During our stay, a leak developed that could not be repaired while we were there. As a result, one of the bathrooms was unusable for an entire stay, which was a major inconvenience. We also discovered blood on a fitted sheet in one of the bedrooms, which raised serious concerns about the cleanliness of the property.I contacted the owner, who apologized and provided a partial refund of 300. While I appreciated the apology and gesture, it did not adequately compensate for the issues we experienced, especially considering we paid nearly 7,000 for this rental.Based on our experience, I would not stay at this property again and cannot recommend it at this price point. I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness, maintenance, and overall property care.
