Welcome to your perfect getaway! This spacious home is ideal for families, groups, or friends, comfortably accommodating up to 11 guests. Featuring 4 cozy bedrooms, two expansive living rooms, & two spacious dining rooms, there’s plenty of space for everyone to relax & enjoy. Unwind in the beautiful backyard with a refreshing pool & soothing spa, perfect for soaking up the sun or enjoying a relaxing evening under the summer stars. This home offers everything you need for a memorable stay. Parties, smoking & pets are NOT permitted.
This home features two large living rooms with a beautiful fireplace, hardwood floors throughout. Minutes from Lake Ray Hubbard, parks and major highways. Enjoy shopping and dining on the lake in Rockwall or Fire Wheel Mall in Garland. This is a great short term getaway. Whether you need a place for business or maybe you need a place to hangout for a few days, weeks, or maybe even months you will enjoy our home. Please note Pool and Spa are NOT heated during the winter months of Dec, Jan, and Feb. City of Rowlett guidelines for short rental allows a maximum of 12 guest and 4 cars parked on the property in the driveway, street parking is NOT allowed for short term rentals. Please inform your guest and plan accordingly.

We booked this place for the pool, and it did not disappoint -- we spent a thoroughly relaxing weekend mostly lounging in and around it. But the rest of the house is good, too. The kitchen is large and well equipped, and there is plenty of living and dining spaces for a large group. We particularly appreciated how well stocked the house was with towels, toys and other pool accessories. We would gladly return!

DIY Special

Overall our stay was very enjoyable. The hosts laid out everything in detail about the house and expectations. They even included a way to monitor local weather. The kids absolutely loved the pool. There were water toys and floats available in a plastic tub outside. We really liked being able to sit in the shade while they played. With the multiple doors and windows, we were able run inside to the kitchen and still keep an eye on them in the pool. There was plenty of space for all of us to hang out and talk or spread out if we preferred.

Supplies were stocked well which was greatly appreciated. Pool area was great for relaxing girl time with the girls! Door handle was broke but owner notified immediately PRIOR to arrival and addressed the issue. I would definitely rent again for weekend getaway!

Spent a week down at this house in June with my family. The host was extremely responsive which was very nice during the week. Pool was amazing, house is very beautiful, could use updates but for the price and LOCATION, you literally can not find a better deal!!

Wouldn't stay here again.

I would not stay here again. Dirty dishwater left in the sink, empty chip wrapper under the couch and the worst was there was a bunch of hair (not ours) left in the shower. With everything supposed to be sanitized due to COVID, I don't feel like it was. There was only one towel per person and no laundry soap to wash your towels after use. I felt like I was mislead about the heated pool and spa. They were not on and when I called, I was told I should have mentioned wanting to use the pool. I guess it was a bad assumption on my part that if you list a heated pool that it would be ready for use. And they insisted that you turn the spa off after using, which meant you had to reheat each evening. The house was good but it was a ways outside of Dallas to get to anything.

Perfect for our trip, we came for a bodybuilding competition, we need to eat every 2 hours it was nice that the place was ready for cooking with all the utensils and cookware that we needed for our stay. It was very clean , great place not to mention how cool and tranquil the backyard was!!!

Functional and fun

This worked for us. Be aware that the grill is charcoal so bring a lighter and charcoal. It's seen better days. That also goes for most of the house. Funky decor. Quiet neighborhood. Easy in and out. The price was reasonable. Don't count on fancy or updated. Serviceable and functional. The kids loved the pool. That's what they'll remember.

Family Fun!

We have a large family and this was the perfect location for a vacation getaway! Plenty of rooms and space for everyone to spread out and wonderful pool and gazebo to spend our days relaxing in! The owners were wonderful and responded promptly to things! We would definately stay again and recommend to friends! :)
