This 2nd floor condo is located across the mile-wide river from downtown Fort Meyers with plenty of restaurants and shopping and is less than 20 miles from the beach. The manicured property boasts of a pool, hot tub, fishing dock, and exercise room. Nearby walking trails include the mile long Caloosahatchee River Bridge.
