Availability:
Thanksgiving - Property must be rented on November 22nd through November 29th.
November/December - Property must be rented November 30th through December 7th.
If you are interested in Thanksgiving Week for longer than 7 nights, please inquire with Host.

Please note the following:
Guests do not have access to garage.
10 Adult Guest Maximum
No parties or events
There is a front door camera, no cameras inside the property, exterior cameras are shut off for guest stays.
Pool heat is limited to 85 degree cap, spa to 104 degrees.
Tennis, Pickleball, and Basketball are limited to play hours of 8am to 9pm.

Guest access:
Guests have access to the entire home with the exception of owner's closets, equipment room, and garage.

Other things to note:
Host will meet all guests at property prior to check in to do a walkthrough of the home.
