This welcoming 3 bedroom, 2 bath home at Pickwick Pines Resort is perfect for family or friends. Each bedroom has a queen bed, and bathrooms include one with a shower and one with a tub/shower combination. The full kitchen is stocked with utensils, cookware, and basic condiments. Enjoy a cozy living/dining combo, a covered front porch, screened in porch, and a back deck with a grill - ideal for relaxing after a day at the lake or pool.

Guests have access to all parts of the home.

Private gated community 5 minutes from from Pickwick Lake. Amenities include 3 pools ,gym, basketball court, tennis court and mediation room for some quite time.

Please know that there are Resort Rules that have to be followed!
1. No loud music or television.
2. No open fires, fireworks, discharging of firearms, hunting or tents.
3. Quiet time is 11:00 pm - to 8:00 am.
4. Pool hours - 10:00 am to 9:00 pm. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
5. Commercial vehicles, campers, rvs, boat/trailers must enter/exit through the back gate. They are not allowed to be parked at the house. There is designated parking with pre-approval for an additional $5.00 per vehicle per night.
6. No one without a valid drivers license may operation a motorized vehicle inside the resort. Minor may operate a golf cart if accompanied by a licensed driver. Speed limit inside the resort is 15mph.
7. No glass allowed in any pool area - no smoking, vaping or dipping allowed inside the pool area.
8. Fitness center hours - 8:00 am - 7:00 pm. Must be 18+.
9. Use of any resort facility is at the guests own risk.
10. All guests are to follow the instructions of resort security and staff.
Resort Rules

5. Fitness hours - 8:00 am to 7:00 pm - must be 18+
6. No glass, smoking, vaping or dipping allowed in any pool area.
7. Unreturned/lost gate cards uncur a $40.00 fine.
8. Use of any resort facility is at guests own risk.
9. All guests are required to follow instructions of resort staff and security.
10. Resort speed limit is 15mph.
