The open layout flows beautifully from a fully stocked kitchen to an ocean-view master suite. Fast WiFi, flat-screen TVs in all rooms, and plenty of space make it perfect for both family getaways and friend trips.

Just minutes away is the vibrant European Village—Palm Coast's go-to spot for dining, boutique shopping, cocktails, and live music. Or take your vacation up a notch with local adventures like golfing, kayaking, dolphin swims, sunset cruises, and more.
The villa offers beach chairs, beach umbrella, boogie boards, pool/beach towels, lots of kids toys and games. For young families we've got you covered with a high chair, pack and play and baby monitors.

Every individual vehicle must be registered for a Fast Pass 3 days prior to arrival. Your Fast Pass will need to be displayed on your dashboard during your stay. To enter the complex, you will need to present it and your drivers license to the gate attendant each time.

Great location, friendly, clean, beautiful views, beautiful beach. Easy security checkin. Also, had to jump start my car due to a bad battery and property management was extremely helpful so shout out to them.

We had a relaxing stay at this spacious and beautifully decorated condo! Everything we needed for our stay was provided. The view was amazing and access to the beach & pools was so close. There was plenty of parking and the location was close to a grocery store and restaurants.

Don’t get to spend much time with ours girls as they have gotten older. This was a great place to getaway and enjoy quality time them. Beaches where amazing and the room was beautiful and had a great view. Would recommend visiting!!

I went for relaxation after 6 days at Disney. It was just as it appeared in the ad. Very upscale and food and drinks at pool restaurant were good! We will look forward to returning!

Our stay at this unit was fabulous. The view from the back patio was our favorite. Easy access to the beach and the pool was a bonus. Property was clean and comfortable. We hope to return to this condominium soon!

Awesome Vacation from The Ohio Four!

Great location for visit with Palm Coast family. We visited St. Augustine, attended the Duel at Daytona, and ate at many fine local restaurants. The condo was clean. We loved watching the ocean from the balcony. Elevator is close to the unit. The master suite has a shower built for a tall person. We also had great weather!!!

Celebrating a Big Birthday!

My friends and I were looking for a wonderful place to stay to celebrate a memorable birthday. This location was PERFECT! The condo was just as represented. The community it is in is pristine and gorgeous. The beach was breathtaking. Our weather was sunny and warm. And we saw the most spectacular sunset from the balcony. Local restaurants and nearby Flaglar & St Augustine kept us more than entertained. Thank you for a fabulous week!

Beautiful, great location

We loved our condo, the pools and cinnamon beach. It was the best waves. Bring water shoes so you can stand in the ocean. Rocks are everywhere. We saw a sea turtle returning to the ocean and multiple soft shell turtles. So much sea life. JT’s seafood was great and the resort grill was great too. We have three teenagers that loved the gym and the pools. The large balcony was awesome. Thank you

Beautiful location

It was a great break from the bitter cold. Although the weather was a little cooler than normal, it didn't matter. The property is beautiful, clean and steps away from the ocean. Did I say, steps away from the ocean? The condo has everything you need to eat, drink and enjoy the beach. Great local restaurants and grocery shopping within minutes. This is a special place in Florida without all the chains and hustle and bustle! Definitely coming back.

Peaceful stay

We loved staying at this location. The pictures are on point! The condo was very clean and the start up necessities were available upon our check in. It was beautiful getting to see the sun rise from the large balcony every morning! It was our favorite time of day! The pool was clean and also peaceful right by the beach. Jamie was very responsive, whenever I reached out. The lock on the patio door was broken due to the salt air but no big deal! The neighborhood is extremely safe and we had zero issues! Definitely will return!

Its a very nice condo. It is on the second floor so while you can see the ocean the dunes block your view of the beach. The master bedroom windows won't open so you cant fall asleep to the sound of the ocean waves with the windows open. They appered to have screws in them to block you from opening them and enjoying the ocean breeze. The condo association is quite strict with a lot of rules. Nice pools and amenities. Beautiful beach.

Amazing girls trip!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beach house with 5 adult women. The condo exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by a breathtaking view. The panoramic vista of the ocean was truly mesmerizing and created a sense of tranquility that instantly put us in vacation mode. The house itself was charming and we felt instantly at home. But perhaps the best part of our experience was the proximity to the beach. Just a short walk from the house, we found ourselves immersed in the soft sand and gentle waves of the ocean. The convenient location allowed us to easily spend our days lounging by the shore and soaking up the sun. Or at the pool nearby relaxing. It was truly a beach lover's paradise. Overall, our stay at this beach house was nothing short of exceptional. The combination of the stunning view, charming atmosphere, and comfortable and clean accommodations made for an unforgettable vacation. I highly recommend this beach house to anyone looking for a peaceful and rejuvenating getaway.
