From the huge beachfront balcony of our penthouse condo at Cinnamon Beach 561, you have a rare view of miles of beautiful ocean, coquina-shell beach, native greenery, awe-inspiring sunrises, and even the occasional dolphin! You must see it to believe it!

A 3-bedroom penthouse condo in an elevator building, Cinnamon Beach 561 is a sun-drenched corner unit with a balcony that overlooks the ocean and a private walkway over the dunes to the beach. Furnished with a table and chairs, it’s a perfect spot to savor a cup of coffee or a nightcap while listening to the waves roll in, watching the birds soar by, and breathing in the salt-perfumed sea air.

Sliding doors connect the spacious balcony to the equally roomy living area. The furnishings are both sophisticated and comfortable; it’ll be hard to resist stretching out for a nap on the plush sofa, which you can open into a bed for 2. There’s plenty of seating here for everyone to gather around and watch a movie on the large HDTV with DVD player.

The living room segues into the dining room, with a table that seats 6 people in both comfort and style. A second eating area, with seating for 4, is tucked alongside the kitchen. You can set up your laptop here—Cinnamon Beach 561 has free wireless web access—or let the kids commandeer the spot for games and coloring.

If you planned on dining out every night, you might change your mind once you see the gorgeous kitchen, with its expanses of shining granite countertops, polished cabinets, and sparkling appliances. From oven to blender, ice maker to toaster, microwave to dishwasher, the kitchen of Cinnamon Beach 561 has everything you need, including cookware, dishes, and utensils, to cook up a feast and serve it with flair.

Given how much there is to see and do during your stay, you’ll want to be sure of a great night’s sleep each evening. The condo’s bedrooms are designed for just that. Decorated in a soothing palette--all the better to complement the ocean view outside the window--the master suite includes a sumptuous king-size bed and a TV with DVD player. The en-suite bathroom features a big soaking tub, a separate tiled shower, and his-and-her vanities for a truly pampering experience.

The 2nd bedroom has a queen-size bed and an HDTV; the 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds as well as its own TV. The 2nd bathroom, which has a shower and a tub, is decorated to the same high standard as the rest of the condo.

All the bedding, towels, blankets, and pillows you could want will be waiting for you, so you don’t have to load up your luggage with your linens. In fact, you can pack lighter than you thought possible because Cinnamon Beach 561 has its own washer and dryer. You can run a load of laundry while you’re swimming in one of the Ocean Hammock’s pools, searching for shells on the 2.5 miles of private beach along the front of the resort, surfing the waves, playing billiards or air hockey in the clubhouse, or lazing on a chaise while the breeze rustles through the leafy palm trees.

There’s more than enough to keep you busy at the resort itself--you could happily park your car upon arrival and forget about it until it’s time to head home. But there’s also so much to see and do just minutes away: historic St. Augustine, the oldest city in the country; Marineland; the Intracoastal Waterway, for fishing, bird watching, hiking, and biking. Even the Orlando theme parks are only a day trip away.

Amazing OceanFront Condo

We absolutely loved it!! The view is amazing, the condo was wonderful. Our grandchildren loved that they could spend time at the ocean and the pools, we were a little concerned that the pools would be overcrowded but they weren't, nor was the beach. We plan on staying in this exact condo next year.

The only negative was not being able to take food or drinks to the pool area.

Nice Condo but lacking details

The condo layout was great. However given the cost the place really lacked details once would expect. First I found Vacation Rental Pros hard to work with. The kitchen was woefully understocked. There is no grilling on balconies, and no public grills. So looking forward to grilling that fresh catch, think again. Chairs on balcony were broken and not complete. Kiddie splash pool was out of commission. Golf Course was closed as was the cafe at the clubhouse.

Property is beautiful, but no beach towels or extra towels at all, also no plasticware for pool

I loved the property, very clean, roomy and quiet. However rentalpros sent us the wrong key code do we could not get in for 5 hours. When I finally was able to contact them and ask to at least be able to stay later on our check out date they did not respond to any of my emails. I was finally able to call and talk to a manager, we were granted a longer length of stay but they ended up changing our key code so we were locked out for several hours again. The property is beautiful but I would not go through rental pros again if I could void it
