3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, Sleeps 8
An exceptional vacation begins with an exceptional place to stay… a place like 832 Cinnamon Beach. The 3-bedroom condo looks out onto the Atlantic Ocean and the coquina sands, which you can stroll to via any of the gated complex’s 3 private walkways. And not only is the condo unit sunny, spacious, and beautifully furnished, but the complex offers amenities including swimming pools, a fitness center, a Jacuzzi, game rooms, and even a café as well.
Any tour of 832 Cinnamon Beach has to begin with its private covered balcony. Large enough to accommodate a dining table for 6 with extra seating to spare, it provides a front-row view of the ocean. At least once during your stay you’ll want to wake up early enough to watch the sunrise over the sparkling waves—it’s that spectacular. And you’ll no doubt want to dine out here every chance you get; the fresh salt-suffused breeze transforms any meal into a feast.
The sliding glass doors that connect the balcony to the living/dining area allow you to admire the ocean view even when you’re indoors. The plush sofas and roomy armchair are ideal seats for watching seabirds soar across the sky—or for watching a movie on the HDTV with Blu-ray. Thanks to a 250-plus channel cable package, you’re sure to find something everyone will enjoy. You can surf the web as well via the free WiFi and listen to your favorite tunes courtesy of the iPod deck.
If you prefer to dine indoors rather than alfresco, gather around the dining area’s elegant table, which seats 6. Two additional guests can perch at the adjacent breakfast bar. On the other side of the breakfast bar is the kitchen. Cooking isn’t a chore here. Along with a full array of appliances, cookware, and tableware, the kitchen features plenty of gleaming counter space, and the open layout means you can keep an eye on the kids—or on the ocean—while you work your culinary magic.
832 Cinnamon Beach sleeps 8 people in its 3 bedrooms. Along with a lofty king-size bed and a large flat-panel TV, the master suite includes sliding glass doors that open directly onto the balcony. After the others are in bed, you and your sweetheart can slip outside for a romantic nightcap under the stars before snuggling into bed and letting the rhythm of the waves lull you to sleep. The en-suite bathroom features a garden tub as well as a walk-in shower.
The 2nd bedroom has its own king-size bed and large flat-screen TV. The 3rd bedroom will delight the kids: With twin-over-full bunk beds and a separate twin-size bed, the room sleeps 4. Every night will feel like a slumber party! The 2nd bathroom has a combination shower/tub for maximum convenience. And speaking of convenience, 832 Cinnamon Beach has its own private washer and dryer too.
If you think the condo unit is fabulous, wait till you see the 65-acre gated community it’s a part of. When you stay at 832 Cinnamon Beach you’ll have full access to the complex’s 2 heated pools, one of which has a gradual-slope entry for the kids. Kids will also love frolicking in the “splash zone”—it’s almost like a water park right on the premises. Adults can unwind in the Jacuzzi, perhaps after working out in the well-equipped fitness center. Or maybe you’d rather laze on a poolside chaise, listening to the breeze rustle through the palm trees. It’s your vacation: Enjoy it however you want!
Cinnamon Beach has a clubhouse as well, with 2 game rooms. In one the kids can play foosball and air hockey; in the other adults can shoot pool. If you worked up an appetite or a thirst, the on-premises café has snacks and beverages to fix you right up.
And all this is just steps away from the cinnamon-colored sands that give the beach and the condo complex its name. What’s more, historic St. Augustine, Marineland, golf courses, and other attractions are only a short drive away.
Many guests who have stayed at 832 Cinnamon Beach in the past return every chance they get. Don’t miss out: Make your reservation today!

The property was amazing. The pictures do not do it justice. The kitchen had everything we needed. The condo was decorated more like home than a rental. It was very comfortable. The neighborhood was very nice also. We will definitely be back.
We had a great time on Spring Break at Cinnamon Beach! Condo is very spacious and nicely furnished. You will not be disappointed.
The condo, view and beach are beautiful. The condo had everything we needed. The pools and bar and grill were nice touches. There were no rocks in the water that I saw like some others have mentioned.
The only negative things I have to say is that I was really disappointed that I wasn't made aware that the splash pad was closed. It appears to have been closed for some time and no signs of work or progress to reopen. Most of it was completely removed. We chose this community because of the splash pad and having young children and a toddler with us. It would have been nice to know before or while booking. Also, curtains in the spare bedrooms would be nice. The lights in the breezeway outside make the room way too bright for a good nights sleep.
Overall, we had a great family vacation. The condo accommodated two families without any problems.
Great location but dirty and poorly supplied.
This is a great location and the complex is really nice. However, Unit 832 lacked the feel of the rest of the complex. Within an hour of arrival the bottoms of our feet were black from the floors. We had to wear flip flops throughout our stay to avoid the filth. I have food allergies and we used the kitchen twice a day each day of our stay - there was not one pot holder in the entire place. The dishes are chipped and there is no dust pan or vacuum cleaner which made sweeping up sand difficult. The carpets are stained and there is mold in the shower in the master. If a toilet was flushed more than once there was a sewer smell emitting from the toilets. With 7 people in the unit, that was unpleasant. We contacted maintenance but we are not sure if they checked out the issue. We were not notified if they did. Upon departure we stripped the sheets from beds to find large stains on the mattress in the master. We left feeling gross which was the way we felt upon arrival. 3 stars is a stretch for this unit but the beach view was nice and the beach was fantastic. The pools on the property are also very nice. We would stay in this complex again but not this unit. It was disappointing.
Nice and clean
I really enjoyed our stay in this condo. There were a few little things that it lacked. There was no broom and the ceiling fan in the bedroom with the bunk beds didn't work. The dining room furniture was in need for some repairing or replacement and there is no blinds in the living room, so the sun was blinding in the mornings. Also, the furniniture outside needs to be replaced as well. This place is a gated community. You have to stop and check in every time you come in the gate which was a little aggravating, but the community was beautiful. The pool areas were very pretty other than all the construction going on. The condo it self was very clean and looked nice all it needed was a few updates. All in all I would go back and stay.
Spacious! Perfect for a family of 7 or 8.
We had a great time at Cinnamon Beach. The photos don't do it justice for just how spacious it is. We have a 1,4, and 5 year old and they were very happy. It was a short walk to the pools. They are across the street from each other but both equally pretty. The kids' splash area was closed which was disappointing, but we still had a great time and I don't fault the owners/rental company. Amazingly clean everywhere and well kept.
