It was perfect for our group of nine adults and five young children. (The toy closet was a bonus.) The house was immaculate and filled with all amenities we needed. We had more rain than sunshine, but the house was so nicely laid out as to allow plenty of spaces to gather or be alone, whatever the weather. Electrical storms caused a couple of power issues, but the host contacts were extremely accessible and responsive when we needed them. The premium pricing on this rental was well worth it for our family vacation. Thank you!

This house is an amazing spread with 5 bedrooms and each having their own bathroom it worked out well for our family. The beach trail was right outside the backyard and the pool was refreshing after a day out in the hot sun.

Great location, perfect size house for large families!

We had a great experience at this lovely house in Amelia island. It’s walking distance to the beach and Omni which is a huge plus for our group. Large house perfect for big families with children. Would definitely recommend for anyone going to Amelia Island. We go once per year and this was our favorite house by far.

Great for Large Family

This house was amazing!! We had eight adults and six toddlers, and there was enough room for everyone!! The bonus room upstairs with the toys was awesome for the grandkids!! We especially enjoyed having the beach close by, and eating out on the screened porch!!

Ladies Trip to the Beach

The property was in a great location, and met our needs well. The only downside was a lack of pool equipment, old outdoor furniture and not any nice wine glasses, just plastic!

Great place

We enjoyed this lovely home. It was clean, spacious and with plenty of room for at least 2 families. There is a pathway just through the property fence to the beach. We enjoyed the decks including the pool deck as it was screened in. There was lots of wildlife on the island for all to see. It was a nice property inside a gated community.

This is a beautiful home with spacious accommodations for a great vacation house!

Everything was outstanding . The only thing that needed to be done was the carpet in the queen bedroom needed to be cleaned! We would rent this house again! It is fabulous! We had ten adults ages 65-90 and it accompanied everyone with plenty of space. Our group wants to rent this place again!
