Welcome to Grace Bay Beach…one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. The Grandview is a private 18 unit building located directly on Grace Bay beach. This 4 bedroom corner penthouse unit has two master bedrooms with ocean views, one king bedroom and a bonus 4th bedroom with two twin beds. There are also three full bathrooms.
This 2400+ square foot residence consists of an open living and dining room; kitchen with granite countertops; and a private beach front corner balcony that overlooks Grace Bay beach and is directly next to the exclusive Grace Bay Club.
The Grandview has a pool and hot tub as well as beach chairs and umbrellas set up for you. There is an on-site fitness room and the residence is walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. Concierge available to help plan your vacation.

Spectacular Condo w/ Perfect Location

The condo is absolutely beautiful right in the heart of Grace Bay. One minute walk to the beach. Owners and Property Manager, Regina, were very responsive and took care of everything. We highly recommend!

Beautiful place perfect set up for 9 people but unfortunately if you have a big family I wouldn’t rent here. We are 4 adults with 5 adult children and had complaints at 6 pm and 8 pm because of noise. The only noise was 9 people talking with music on before dinner reservations. Their house rules are “ quiet time 10pm-8am” but it clearly it’s all day. Seems like a lot of money to have to whisper all day

Lovely Vacation Property!

We stayed here for 5 nights and loved every minute of our time. The location cannot be beat - there are spectacular ocean views and it's in between the Grace Bay Club and the Royal West Indies hotel. We have a wide age range in our family - 75 down to 5, and everyone enjoyed our stay. The communication with Regina and Gia was seamless and they were beyond helpful with any/all questions. The house has everything you need - beach towels, sand toys for kids, a great kitchen and absolutely perfect outdoor dining on the deck. If we come back to Turks, we'd absolutely come back to this property!

Yes, it is this perfect. Your search is officially over.Our family of eight (3 adults and children 19, 19, 18, 14,12) spent a glorious week in unit. The pictures are exactly as the unit looks. A large walk in entrance, open concept living/dining room, kitchen with plenty of counter space and everything you could possibly need to make your own meals. Full size washer and dryer are conveniently tucked in the back of the kitchen. Dining table large enough for all eight of us to share a meal together as well as an outdoor table on the balcony that over looks the ocean. Outdoor seating on the balcony was a great way for us to start and end our day. Bedrooms were comfortable and spacious. Two large primaries on the main floor. One with an ensuite and the other right next to the main floor bathroom. Upstairs were two bedrooms. One sleeping three (king bed and twin bed) and the other hosting two twin beds. An upstairs bathroom separates the two bedrooms.The complex is meticulously maintained. Three floors and only 18 units in total. Pool and hot tub, use of bikes and water equipment. Walkway right to the beach where chairs and umbrellas are set up each morning. The property is gated and tucked away from the main roads with parking on site. Yet walkable to shopping, groceries, and restaurants. The cherry on top is the property host, Gia, who is a perfectionist at her job. Ron and Shauna have made it a point to make this feel like your home away from home.

Perfect stay near Grace Bay Beach!

This condo with ocean views was the perfect place to stay near Grace Bay Beach with my family, which includes little ones. Safe, quiet, spacious, clean, and just a moments walk to the beautiful turquoise ocean water, beach, pool, and hot tub! We would definitely stay again!

Our stay was absolutely perfect. Perfectly nestled to have privacy as well as having access to walking along the beach to multiple resorts, bars, restaurants, etc. The Ground or well-maintained. It was a beautiful place in the perfect location. The concierge services was the best and made everything so easy. The owners were fabulous too and very responsive to all my inquiries before the trip. We plan on returning next year and would love to stay here again.

Perfect paradise home!

Beautiful place in paradise! The property was beautiful and well equipped. The owner was very quick to get back to me on all my questions! You could never get a better location! This was our third time to go to Turks and I will continue to go and stay here!

Perfect condo location

Spacious condo with gorgeous views of beach and pool. Every morning umbrellas and chairs waiting for us on beach. Many restaurants are within walking distance. Very relaxing as not over crowded.

Beautiful condo, great location

This is a beautiful condo set in a great location. Everything is even better in person than what is shown in the pictures. It is very spacious (we had 8 adults and a child) and well maintained. The owner, Shauna, was great and made sure we had everything we needed before the trip and during our stay Lucy, the concierge, was always available to help with anything at all. The view from the condo is just stunning and the beach, which is only steps away, is amazing - soft, pillowy sand and turquoise water. We all had an incredible, relaxing time there and look forward to getting back.

Beachfront Gem

This was the perfect condo for our family vacation. The location was perfect, with a pool just down the stairs and the beach a few steps away with beach chaises and umbrellas set up daily by a friendly staff. Being right on Grace Bay Beach allowed us to take long walks along the beach every morning. The condo is also close to a number of great restaurants that we could access both by walking on the beach and by using the public roads right next to the facility. The condo was clean, well maintained and just right for us and our adult kids. Highly recommended.

Perfect place to celebrate and relax

I recently stayed at this awesome condo with 5 girlfriends to celebrate my birthday. It was a perfect place for us with plenty of room, beautiful accommodations and an expansive balcony overlooking the ocean. The views and location to the beach can't be beat and we made use of the hot tub, pool and stand up paddleboards that come with the unit. The condo is located near several great restaurants (Coco Bistro, The Flamingo Cafe, Grace Bay Club hotel). We were also a 10 minute bike ride from the grocery store but worked with the property manager to have the place stocked with groceries upon our arrival - a great service and well worth the extra cost. The property owner was also helpful in every way as we planned our vacation. I hope to return to T&C again and will definitely consider this condo for my trip - whether with family, friends, other couples - this is a wonderful place to stay and a perfect place to celebrate and relax.

Beautiful place to stay

There were 6 adults and one 4 year old on this trip, and we had plenty of space. The condo was clean, there were plenty of towels and other cleaning items which is unusual for condos in my experience. The view from the balcony is absolutely breathtaking. The pool was clean and refreshing on a hot day. We cooked in most every night due to several people with food allergies. While we brought most of our food from the states, the grocery store had a large selection of gluten and dairy free items. Several tried the paddle board and kayak and really enjoyed it. The owner is great to stay in touch. Only complaints are only 4 steak knives, bad cutting boards and a tiny coffee maker (although owner says a big one is on the way)! I would highly recommend this condo and would rent it again if I went back to Turks with a large group.

A beautiful beach getaway!!!

We had a wonderful, memorable stay at the Grandview Unit 306!! We would highly recommend to others. The Grandview is great value. The unit was spacious and had all the amenities we could have asked for (the bikes, kayaks, SUP boards and life jackets were appreciated and used!! And we all loved the pool and hot tub!). The views from the deck and two of the four bedrooms were incredibly beautiful! Grace Bay is the most stunning beach we have ever seen. We enjoyed eating meals on the deck while gazing at the view of the pool and white sand, turquoise water beach. Shauna, the owner, was wonderful and easy to work with and answered all questions leading up to our trip. The only areas for improvement as far as the unit are concerned are new mattresses in the two master bedrooms and a new cable box for the main TV. Otherwise, it was perfection for our family of 8 (5 adults, 3 kids). Recommended restaurants and excursions that we enjoyed: "Da Conch Shack" and "Turks Kebab" as well as the "Beach BBQ" at the Somerset (Tuesday evenings, includes delicious buffet and a fire show). Smiths Reef (east/central side for kids) and Coral Gardens are great snorkeling spots. We recommend renting a car so you can scoot around the island. Hope to stay here every time!

This was our second visit to Turks and Caicos (stayed at Regent Palms before), and will not be the last. We have traveled all over the Caribbean, Hawaii, Europe and Mexico and this island is our favorite. It is truly breathtaking and friendly, felt like home. This condo is a hidden gem on world famous Grace Bay and we plan to stay here each time we return. We traveled with 6 adults and my 1 1/2 year old daughter and had plenty of room for all. Tarcia was waiting for us when we arrived and was very helpful getting us started and providing directions around town. Everything in the condo was clean, comfortable and exactly what we wanted for this trip. I was so glad to have the pack n play ready to go when we got there! The wifi worked well and was nice to be able to communicate with ppl back at home. The cell phone was also very useful in a few cases scheduling pickups, etc. We enjoyed several meals at Grace Bay club and Royal West Indies next door but also enjoyed having meals in the condo and using the grill. We loved using the kayaks and SUP boards! The pool and hot tub were also great. We rented a car to see some other areas of the island, trips to the store and airport transfer. I would highly suggest a car while staying here if you want to cook your own meals as taxis are exp. We are already discussing our return trip as this place is truly paradise!
