This is a 1 Bdrm, 1 Bath unit, has a well appointed kitchen, dining area,and living room that includes a pull out sofa. Outdoors are lounge chairs, tables with seating, and inground pool, and gas grills. This unit is for 4 PEOPLE MAX and has 1 ASSIGNED PARKING SPOT. NO PETS ALLOWED. Stroll over to The Turtle Clubor The Ritz.
