My wife and I recently bought our DREAM condo, but since we are not ready to retire to Marco Island yet (we are working on it!) we decided to rent it out to a very few select individuals when we cannot be there. We have been vacationing in Marco Island annually for 10 years, and when we saw this unit for sale, we couldn't pass it up. We are counting the days when we will be able to move down permanently and live in Paradise each and every day.
What makes this Condo unique
There are many benefits to this extraordinary condo, but we will list a few of the most important things that we can think of: 1) It is completely remodeled and refinished with top notch materials. We have stayed in five-star hotels around the country, and find it difficult to think of another place we have EVER stayed that looks as nice as this unit. You have to see it in person to fully appreciate it! 2) It is extremely private. Since the unit is located on the top floor of the building, and is a corner unit, not only do you get sweeping views from the front, side, and back of the building from the rooms AND balconies, there is also very LITTLE noise whatsoever. The entrance to the unit is as far away from the elevator as you can get, the hallway ends at our door, and there is nobody above. It is a peaceful and luxurious sanctuary. 3) The amenities at your doorstep are magnificent. The condo has a beautiful, well-maintained pool directly outside overlooking the Gulf. There is a walkway to the white sandy beach, and there are tennis courts on site. If you decide to venture from ''Your Penthouse Paradise'', there are plenty of things to do within 2 minutes of your door. 4) The condo unit is setup with modern conveniences. We have made sure to give it all the comforts of home. There are flat screen, HD televisions in both bedrooms and in the living room, there is a DVD player, there is FREE unlimited streaming Netflix movies and tv shows on the living room television available with the click of a button, there is SUPER FAST WIFI service throughout the unit, there is a wireless all-in-one printer in the unit, there is a Keurig coffee/tea maker in the kitchen (along with a supply of coffee and tea), and tons of pots, pans, towels, appliances, etc. Everything is here to make you feel at home!

We had a really great month at your Admiralty House condo; it is very accurately called "Penthouse Paradise". From the tasteful decorations and room setups to the completely equipped kitchen it felt more like we were at home than we were visitors. The view from your penthouse is breathtaking both from the living room and the bedrooms. It is very conveniently located. We were able to walk to many of the restaurants and shops and used our car only on longer trips. I also must complement the staff of the Admiralty House; they were helpful, courteous and made us feel right at home.
All in all we had a really great time.

Marco Island is a small, quaint city with lots of shops, golf, and restaurants (both casual and upscale). In addition to the beautiful beaches, there is a lot to do all within a very short distance. If you decide that you would like more hustle and bustle, Naples is only 20 minutes away and offers malls, chain stores, casual and upscale restaurants and shops, and even a Zoo.
