The room was very clean and perfect for our stay at the Grand Canyon. Host was very helpful about providing location details and information, and was very fast when responding to questions. We had a great stay at the cozy gazing chalet

The cabin was very clean when we checked in. Road to the cabin was bumpy but not too bad. The only con I had was I had 2 minor issues with doors on property and was told someone would be out to look at/ fix them and in the 3 days we were there never saw anyone to address these issues even though I was told someone would be out. All in all not bad and would probably stay again.

The bottom sheet on the bed was not a fitted sheet and it did not tuck under the bed on all sides. It was not pleasant with the moving sheet. The shower water pressure was very low and it did not get hot. The pressure was so low I could not wash my thick hair. The water got warm but not hot. The sink water got hotter than the shower. The coffee pot did not make properly. The water started boiling and flowed out the back. More blankets would be appreciated. The bright light across the “street” affected looking at the stars.
