We came to Texas for high school graduation- location was great close to small town for graduation. Property was comfortable and fun, we had 4 people staying overnight but during the day had about 12 and hosted comfortably the large outdoor patio was so great. Indoors the pool table and slide were a hit. So many things to look at indoors with memorabilia, my only suggestion would be closet or drawer space for guests.
