Perfect for wedding weekend

We were in town for our son’s s wedding, the whole family enjoyed the house. There is plenty of room to spread out inside and a beautiful property outside to enjoy.

Cassie was amazing and the home was exactly what we needed for our family and friends that traveled to Texas for a wedding. The home was perfect, we had space for each of us, peace and quiet and large entertaining space when we needed it. Cassie is the best host we have ever had, she was available when we needed her and had everything we needed there for the baby, for us to cook family meals and for us to just relax between wedding activities. We highly recommend this home to anyone traveling to Stephenville, TX. It is the home away from home you didn’t know you needed with room for everyone in the family. Thank you Cassie and Curt for trusting us with your home, we made amazing memories and our favorite was living the country life feeding the horses and cows, it was the best experience for everyone especially the guys. We will definitely book again if we are back in town.

Best place to host a party ever!

We held a two day 50th birthday celebration at this phenomenal property and a wonderful time was had by all! It is very large and very clean with comfortable beds and an absolutely incredible outdoor space! The property owners have thought of everything as we have stayed at multiple properties in multiple states and this was hands down the best at providing absolutely everything you need. They even left us a little gift. Just bring your food, drinks, clothes and swimsuits and prepare to thoroughly enjoy yourself. All of our friends and family fell in love with this place and we will highly recommend and also be back!

Tarleton Move-In Weekend

Our family had a wonderful weekend spending time together as a family while getting our daughter situated in her dorm. WOW, this house has it ALL! Perfect country setting. An amazing host! Everything about this property was better than I expected. The outdoor party room was a big hit! The pool was beautiful. Home in the country, 2 minutes from town!

This is an amazing place for a gathering with sleeping accommodations for 9. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, bakeware, utensils. There is plenty for guests to do, swimming, cornhole, basketball, outdoor fire pit, screened in pool side bar! Everything was clean and inviting. The property is stunning, surrounded by trees and country views. Host was very sweet and responsive! We absolutely enjoyed our stay

Spacious, welcoming home

Cassie’s place was a fantastic place for our family to stay when attending a wedding in Stephenson. The 5 bedrooms worked well for us and the roomy and well equipped kitchen was so nice for gathering with extended family and friends after the wedding. The roomy and very well equipped kitchen was very convenient and the large beautiful home had a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere with great indoor spaces to gather and great outdoor spaces as well! We enjoyed the coffee corners upstairs and downstairs and the fireplace room with comfortable furniture, tv and games. The large pool was closed for the season but we enjoyed the hot tub and a large gathering around the fire pit one evening. Cassie was very responsive and helpful and we had everything we needed and more. What a wonderful experience- we highly recommend this Stephenville property!

Perfect Secluded Getaway Just Minutes from Town – Ideal for Families of All Ages!

We just got back from a wonderful family weekend at this beautiful property, and I can't recommend it enough. From young children to teens and young adults, this home had something for everyone. It’s the best of both worlds — peaceful and secluded, yet just a short drive to town for shopping, dining, and attractions.The house is extremely well-stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay, and it’s clear the owners have thought of the details. There are multiple spacious areas to gather, both inside and out, making it perfect for quality family time or group relaxation.One of our favorite features was the screened-in outdoor porch area, which felt like a private retreat in itself — great for morning coffee or evening conversations. The shaded pool was a huge hit, especially for the little ones. Even during the hottest part of the Texas day, the shade made it enjoyable and safe for kids to swim and play.Another standout was the Traeger pellet grill. It took our meals to the next level — we grilled outside every evening and it truly added to the experience. The kitchen was fully equipped, and there was no shortage of space or comfort.If you're looking for a private, family-friendly vacation rental with top-tier amenities, don’t miss this one. We’re already talking about booking again for next year!
