Summary:
Cape Crossing Resort is an "Island Styled" resort located on a historic canal that bridges the Indian & Banana Rivers. These beautiful waterways are home to dolphin, manatee, beautiful birds such as the Roseate Spoonbill (bright pink like Flamingos) and so much more wildlife. Views of stunning sail boats, motor yachts, huge catamarans, and sculling & rowing boats. We are close to Kennedy Space Center with breathtaking views of Rocket Launches & booster landings.

The Space:
Enjoy the comfort of our two-story townhome featuring three comfy bedrooms upstairs, complete with two full baths, and a convenient half bath downstairs. The open-plan ground floor with a fully equipped kitchen, dining, and living area, leading to a patio—perfect for morning coffee. Accommodations include a king bed in the master, twin beds in the second bedroom, a queen in the third, and a queen sleeper sofa (or tri-fold mattress) in the living room. An attached garage houses full sized washer/dryer for your convenience. We want your vacation to be filled with making great memories that will last a lifetime, that’s why our team goes above and beyond to ensure each guest has everything they need to make their stay enjoyable.

Cape Crossing Resort & Marina has so much to offer. Relax by the pool & hot tub, stay in shape with our fitness center and dry sauna. Fish from the shore or stroll along the water's edge on our boardwalk with your furry friend. Adventure is just steps away, check out our Cape Crossing Boat Rentals with kayaks, paddle boards, Craig Cats, and seasonal Bioluminescent tours. Or take the whole family on gentle paced tour of the rivers with one of their pontoon boats. Enjoy lunch or dinner at Dolphins Waterfront Bar & Grill, this huge outdoor tiki hut has amazing views. Enjoy the cool island breeze along with creative specialty drinks and a Florida fresh menu which has something for everyone.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to Clubhouse, Pool, Fitness Center and Dry Sauna. We encourage you to walk our boardwalks which will guide you around the property to view our marinas, the water's edge, and beautiful views of sunrise to sunset. Visit Dolphins Waterfront Bar & Grill and our Cape Crossing Boat Rentals, be sure to mention you are staying in the resort.

Explore our Merritt Island community and all the Space Coast has to offer. The Resort is only minutes away from Kennedy Space Center, Port Canaveral, Cocoa Beach, and Cape Canaveral Beaches. Plan a day at the beach, shop at the legendary Ron Jon's Surf Shop largest surf shop in the world, the Dinosaur store or cozy beach shops & restaurants of Downtown Cocoa Beach. Cocoa Village along the Indian River is filled with quant shops, unique restaurants and entertainment. It's just a short drive to more nature & wildlife, visit the Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge or Brevard Zoo where you can see over 900 animals and feed a giraffe.

Getting Around:
We are only 40 miles (35-40 minutes) from Orlando International Airport. And the Melbourne Airport is 37 miles (40 minutes) South of the resort.
Port Canaveral and its many Cruise Ships are only 7 miles (8-10 minutes) from the resort.
Cocoa Beach & the Cape Canaveral Beaches are only 10-12 minutes from the resort.
The Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex is only 10 miles (15 minutes) from us.
We are 23 miles (25 minutes) from Brevard Zoo.
The USSSA Space Coast Complex and Stadium is 21 miles (23 minutes) from the resort.
We are between 50-65 miles from Orlando attractions and Theme Parks.

Other Things to Note:
Our property is Pet Friendly; however, all pets must be on a leash at all times. If your pet is not friendly with other people or pets, we ask you to walk them away from other guests & pets. Most importantly please pick up after your pet, there are pet waste stations throughout the property. If your pet is a "barker", when you are gone, please make other arrangements for your pet. There is a doggie daycare only 1.4 miles away from the resort called Brevard Bed & Biscuit

Ahoy, when walking the boardwalks around the marina areas please do not climb on the boats as they are private property and may be someone's home. Arrgh Matey

We supply a starter kit of amenities, paper products and cleaning chemicals to enjoy during your stay. If you are here for an extended stay, you are responsible for the additional supplies for your stay.

We do not allow any mailbox access. Packages can be mailed to 201 Ivory Coral Lane Merritt Island, FL 32953 (the Clubhouse) with your name and unit number. You can retrieve these from 8am to 9pm daily.

If you are bringing a boat or jet skis, you are welcome to use the boat ramp on site. There is no charge to park the boat trailer on the grass area of the dirt road along the South end of the property. However, if you want to park in the numbered trailer parking or wish to use a boat slip for your stay, these arrangements will need to be made with our Marina Office

Our digital locks let you arrive and check yourselves in, but we’re here if you need us. Message us on the Airbnb app if you need anything during your stay. For urgent matters, call the number provided.
