The house had a great layout, especially for having young children. There were amenities provided that aren't at all rentals (beach towels, cleaning products, etc). The house was exactly as pictured and the location was a short drive to Cocoa Beach and Space Coast Sports Complex. Only negative was we didnt know when trash/recycle was and ended up missing it.

Helpful, Responsive Host

Location is convenient to local attractions and beaches. The house was clean and the kitchen was well outfitted with dishes, utensils, and cookware including a coffee maker and blender. Beach towels were provided. The adjoining studio apt. was occupied during our stay (and the laundry room was shared). Hosts live near by, and Kathy was very responsive to all our inquiries through out our stay which we enjoyed very much.

Family vacation

The accommodation was what we were looking for. A place to stay before our family cruised. We planned a one day visit to NASA. Location was a short drive. Location was close to Publix and restaurants. Grabbed a few staples for breakfast. What would be helpful when listing amenities is the type of coffee maker. My ground coffee didn’t work well in the kurige coffee maker.Enjoyed

We booked the property wrong 1-2 people, I called the host and told her the correct # and paid for them. Reading reviews we thought it looked nice and was until we opened the sleeper sofa all stained. Most of the home was good, until the note on the laundry room door said keep locked this is a shared space, made me feel uneasy. The host was not receptive to my complaints, and hung up on me. I would book with caution.
