Large 3/3 pet friendly house across the street from the beach.
Spacious 2100 sq ft 3 bedroom/3 bathroom house with a quiet relaxing beachy feel. We are proud of our 5 star reviews on our other booking site. Our house is a minute walk to the beach. Three full bedrooms with extra beds in the office and sitting areas.
Large outdoor deck to enjoy morning coffee or afternoon gatherings.
Fully equipped garage with boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrella, tent and beach toys.
Garage also has a ping pong table, cornhole and fusbal table for enjoyment. Frisbee golf available as well.
Plenty of stuff to do: surf/fish/kayak/paddleboard/beach sunrises/dolphins/beach bars/SpaceX launches/NASA/casino cruises/Ron Jon.
Also very work from home friendly, with many private workspace area if you need to catch up on emails or attend a Zoom meeting.
Only 8 guests maximum. No parties or large gatherings are allowed, no extra people other than the guests booked via VRBO are allowed. NO more than 4 cars allowed to park at our property. Please respect our house rules and City of Cocoa Beach rules and regulations to avoid paying fines.

My husband together with 2 very active boys, we live in Orlando, FL. We bought our beach house 4 years ago as a new adventure for our active family. My boys (6,9) enjoy surfing, fishing, playing/digging in a sand and Cocoa beach has been a perfect place for us. We both are working professionals and life has been quiet hectic, however we have found our sanctuary at the beach. We want to share that peace and fun family times with you as well. Our house sits in a quiet residential area, just few steps from the beach. We love drinking coffee at the beach looking at a beautiful sunrise. Some days you can find yourselves being the only people there. You will definitely enjoy it here and will create many great memories.
