Had a great stay. Location was very convenient to cape canaveral where my grandmas birthday party was. Enjoyed the wonderful hot tub and swim spa Beds were very comfortable.

Do not Stay here!!! It took us 15 minutes to realize this was not as expected! Place was not clean, Found a dead bed bug on one of the beds! Very dirty! Horrible smell as you walk in the home! We had to find another house the same night! No way was we staying here. The Host is refusing to give us a refund!

I take all guest concerns very seriously and strive to provide a clean, comfortable, and respectful environment for everyone who stays at my property. This is the first time I have received a complaint alleging that the home was dirty, had an odor, or contained a bed bug. These claims were not supported with any photos or documentation at the time of the stay and are only being mentioned now The real concern raised by the guest was that her 11-year-old son believed he saw a camera in the backyard. I responded immediately to clarify that there are absolutely no cameras on the property. The light visible from the yard belongs to the neighboring property and shines on their tool shed. Cameras are strictly prohibited by rental platform policies, and I fully respect and protect my guests’ privacy. I even offered to contact the local police department to have an officer accompany her next door to verify this. Because the issue involved a neighboring property and not my own, I was unable to grant a full refund. Had there been verifiable evidence supporting claims about cleanliness or pests, I would have addressed the matter immediately and worked toward a fair resolution, including issuing a refund if warranted. I stand by the quality of my property and my commitment to guest satisfaction, and I remain confident in the standards I uphold for every stay. Please do not slander my business because you are upset. I have supporting documents to prove my statements. I will pray for yo

Honeymoon getaway

We loved our choice for a quiet honeymoon weekend! The house was clean and provided entertainment from pool table to hot tub. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We will be visiting again in the future and would recommend this property.

Large space very comfortable

This was a large comfortable home with lots of amenities that made our stay very enjoyable. We were there for work and the outside patio and jacuzzi was nice to relax and unwind.

We were on a bowling trip with 4 guys. Had a great time. Didn't do much more than watch TV and sleep, but it was centrally located to our events. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Quick trip in Cocoa

The property itself was very nice. The bedroom with the king bed was separate from the rest of the house. Our planned visit was to send two days at Kennedy Space Center and this property was close and an easy drive there. I would recommend this property for anyone looking for a four bedroom rental.

The EASIEST rental I've ever stayed in.... and I've stayed in many! They are lenient when it comes to having additional guest, didn't expect a whole lot due the check out process, and responded to messages right away. The hot tub was divine! my next trip to this coast, i will look to stay at this place again.

Relaxation Destination

This property was amazing. Private, with a huge hot tub. Inside was lovely and had a billiards room! Upstairs master suite was to die for and contained a two person jacuzzi tub. All in all the best romantic getaway and way more private than a hotel room. We will definitely book this property again in future.

We had a wonderful time. Close enough to drive to the beach and restaurants. The house is roomy and comfortable. Pool and hot tub give lots of shade. The owner was available for anything and made sure we had anything we needed. Would stay again.

Has it all!

This home had everything. Plenty of room for a big family or event. Had a small swimming pool and huge hot tub. The beds and other furniture were very comfortable. Management was very responsive. This property really deserves their super host status!

Just what we needed

Came into town for a baseball tournament held just up the road at the Space Coast Complex, and this was just the house we needed for our group of 7! The house had everything we could ask for, plus a pool table and TVs in every room which kept my boys happy. We even got the chance to enjoy the fire pit and hot tub during our trip! Check in / out process was easy, and the owner is super prompt in replying to messages. The house is also conveniently located near several grocery stores and restaurants.
