Stay in a beautifully furnished 3/3 with a fully stocked kitchen and full size washer/dryer. Bedrooms have TV's .and living room has a smart TV. Enjoy the early morning sunrise from the 39 foot tenth floor ocean front balcony. Watch the beautiful sunsets over the intracoastal waterway from the west balcony. On site amenities include a fitness center, a club room with a full kitchen and a library. Located on a non-driving beach with all Daytona Beach attractions a short drive away. Walt Disney World, Universal, Sea World and Kennedy Space Center are an hours drive.

Blue Surf Daytona

Awesome time, place is spacious and well prepared for visitors, we celebrated New Years and had plenty of room, balcony a plus, saw 3 rockets launches, fun time!

Beautiful Condo in great location!

Have been going to Daytona all my life and have come to love Port Orange area even more! This is a well appointed condo with everything you can think of available! Nancy has done a terrific job with condo and she was pleasant to work with, we would highly recommend to anyone looking for a roomy, comfortable ocean-front stay at the no-drive part of the beach. We love Blue Surf for their huge balconies and wide ocean front views! Can't wait to go back!

Enjoyable extended stay in Daytona Beach Shores

The owner Nancy was on top of things from the beginning. Was in constant communication throughout the process and available during our stay. My wife and I as well as our son, her sister and her brother and sister in law enjoyed the condo. One minor inconvenience was the pool being out of service during our stay. However, Nancy was quick to communicate the situation as soon as she found out and we were able to use the pool in the adjoining complex. Plenty of supplies in unit including paper goods, plastic bags, spices, sugars, etc. Plenty of towels and other beach necessities. Would highly recommend this unit to any interested renters. Also, neighbors on the floor were very welcoming. The views of sunrises and sunsets from the front and rear balconies were a highlight of most days.

Wonderful Condo

The condo was exactly as described. It was very clean and well stocked with linens and other supplies. The views from both the Atlantic Ocean side and the west balcony overlooking the river were fantastic. The owner was very accommodating and responsive although there were practically no issues requiring owner involvement. We would not hesitate to rent this wonderful condo again if we visit the area another time.

Dear Nancy, We have been coming down to Daytona Beach since back in the eighties and your condo is by far most beautiful. You have everthing one might need or forgot to pack. The moment we open the front door one has a feeling like being at home. Every room tastefully decorated kitchen is lovely the condo is great. But the best of all is the view and the large balcony. There are so many words to describe the sheer beauty of the ocean the beach and the sky, we sit out there as much as we can. We highly recommend your condo to anyone. Many thanks, Ron & Marilyn. P.S. Our Favorite Daytona Spot!

After spending almost every summer for 50 years near Daytona Beach, this by far has been our favorite condo! It is furnished better than the description states - every utensil needed in the kitchen is available; more than plenty of towels were available, beach toys for all ages are already there! Sunrise and sunset views may be seen from this beautiful condo. No worries about any automobile beach traffic. Plenty of sea turtle nests, dolphins and other wildlife. This condo is just the perfect spot for your next vacation! (Just do not take my month!)

Ocean front heaven

This condo unit was exactly as described in the listing and was nicely furnished and exceptionally well equipped. There was nothing we lacked for and felt "at home" for our month's stay. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the ocean front view and the front and back balconies to enjoy the sunrise and sunset. This feature is not very often available in other condo's. The neighbours in the building were mainly owners and were very friendly and helpful. For someone looking for a quality vacation, this is it! We would love to return to this unit in the future and have no hesitation in recommending it to family and friends.

Our winter get-away

Nancy thanks for the use of your condo . We stayed the month of January 2014 to get away from the cold weather and your place was just what we needed , very clean , safe , relaxing , and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay . The condo was very nice and the views from both the east and west balcony's were beautiful . You were also easy to contact with a couple of questions I had . Penthouse on the beach!

We really loved this place and all our visitors were really impressed!! The bedrooms all have bathrooms and the sound proofing is really good. You could not hear people in other bedrooms talking, etc. and being the top floor, no noise above The balcony is private and that's rare in Daytona. I'm from Daytona and stayed here while coming back to visit family. I assure you this is a great location if you want quite and privacy. This condo is just past the driving part of the beach on the non-driving part and just down (5 min walking) from Crabby Joe's on the Sunglow pier. There's nothing bad to say about this place.

Beautiful vacation condo, home away from home

This unit had everything you needed for a fun stay at the beach. There were games & toys, beach towels, linens, chairs, sun hats, fully loaded kitchen. You name it and they had it! It made for a great week of family fun before the start of school. The views are breathtaking from both sides of the building. When you are out on the balcony looking over the ocean it is so peaceful! Worth every penny spent and we will definitely return. Highly recommend this unit!

Originally from Ohio...moved to FL as a new bride...Graduate of Bowling Green State Univ. and UCF..retired rehab administrator from a local Orlando hospital organization...5 children and 12 grandchildren..all of whom enjoy the beach...

Why they chose this property

We wanted a place for our family to enjoy on a non-driving beach that was close to all Central Florida Attractions.
Daytona Beach Shores is the perfect place...close to all major attractions but on a quiet non-driving beach...just perfect to watch the sun rise and set from our two balconies.....many good restaurants near by along with shopping areas, golf and fun family activities

What makes this property unique

A home away from home with out front parking spaces. Everything you need to enjoy a beach vacation is provided (including beach towels, chairs & toys).
Secure building with locked/keypad entry. A million dollar view of the Atlantic Ocean on the east side and the intracoastal on the west...sit on the balcony and watch the sunrise in the morning...move to west balcony for a beautiful sunset...quiet and peaceful...only four units on top floor....come and see for yourself!..check our reviews..our renters love it as much as we do....
