Outstanding location. Great place to sleep and do things downtown. Not a luxury hotel, but that's not what we wanted anyway. Good value, comfy clean rooms, helpful staff.
Nice hotel with the parking onsite and lots of restaurants around. Super simple and easy check-in. We had an issue with the toilet and maintenance was quick to fix it. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Parking was horrible!! The halls smelled and was a maize to get to the pool and stuff. Everything is kind of far from here but you are in downtown Chicago. Beds were comfy and employees at hotel was nice.

Will not visit this place ever againLoud, small, old, and not cleanOnly good part of this place is their photographer, able to turn things around in the photos
Excellent location in walking distance (less than a mile, to 2 miles) to so many activities including restaurants, shopping on the miracle mile, NavyPier, River Walk. Older hotel, and the rooms are tight, but the rooms are very clean, the beds are comfortable, and the staff are kind and friendly. The indoor pool was large, clean and on a top level with an outside deck with Chicago skyline all around. 7 in our family group, so got two rooms and honored our request to be close (right next to each other).
Older hotel that needs some updates for sure, small rooms but the rooms were very clean, beds comfortable, linens fresh, staff friendly, location was great, easy to walk to everything, McDonald’s across the street which was handy for coffee in the morning. TV worked when it wanted to, not a big deal but for some people TV in the room is huge. There is parking on site which we did not take advantage of but would be important for some. Know that you are one block in most directions from nicer accommodations but for the price to be in the River North area not a bad deal.
