We loved our annual girls trip to the spacious condo. The excellent communication made check in super easy. We loved sitting on the balcony drinking coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening. The location is excellent and we loved all the properties amenities.

The condo was very nice, with a great location. We have stayed at Surfside before but we thougth that when it said that chairs and umbrella are available that it came with the purchase. It is available but for a fee, so bring chairs. The towels are very small and cheap as they shed on you when drying off. But overall Hunter was AMAXING and offerded to bring us chairs over and we were able to check in early which was a bonus.

Where do I begin. This was the fourth time we stayed in this building and the first in this unit. Issues with the unit include unpredictable hot and cold temperature spikes in the showers, mold in the guess bath shower, no shower liner in the guest bath, bath towel size was so small it wouldn’t fit an adult, no kitchen towels or sponge to do dishes, mold in the washing machine. Beach service was not included and it was not spelled out in the listing. Issues with the common areas include poor overall maintenance of the building including the pool. Extremely dirty pool water at times and very crowded. Our recommendation if you are reading this is to keep looking.
