This charming, custom-built, northern NM-styled home is located in the tranquil and highly sought-after north valley area, centrally located within ABQ, and within walking distances from local coffee shops, restaurants, and boutiques. It is situated on a private cul-de-sac near the river and outdoor trails. It has a newly updated gourmet kitchen, a beautiful 2-sided adobe fireplace that splits two nicely appointed living spaces, a bedroom office, as well as private front and back porches.
