With our longer stays, you will be expected to get trash bins to the curb and back in place for trash pick-up weekly.
At checkout: all trash bagged and in outdoor trash bins, all bed linens stripped and left on floors, dirty towels gathered, major messes cleaned.

We operate a corporate housing company, which means businesses and companies contract with us for housing, which typically averages 5-6 months.

We are NOT in the business of vacation renting, but if you're seeking a stay for less than 30 days, we may still be able to help - feel free to reach out!

We do list on platforms such as this, because businesses and companies do come here to search for housing.

Due to the nature of our business, we allow these same companies to "extend" their stay if they issue a request, 21 days prior to their lease expiration, which can make it difficult for us to accommodate shorter stays, especially planned months in advance.

If you are seeking long-term housing (30+ days), please submit an inquiry. Even if we do not have availability, we may be able to provide another location, or have other companies we can recommend.

If you are seeking short-term housing (less than 30 days), we have a partner we work with, who may have availability.
