Newly remodeled 2 bedroom and 2 bath mobile home. Master bedroom has walk in shower. 2nd shower is tiled with Brazilian travertine stone. Kitchen counters are made of granite and stocked with cooking essentials. Located next to RV and Boat Storage making it easy to store your RV or Boat for a discounted fee. Barbeque and outdoor furniture located in the back. A quick 5 minutes’ drive to Foster Lake and Green Peter, the center of water recreation or hiking at McDowell Creek. Located close to the New Sweet Home Medical facility. No pets or parties. Secluded and Gated access to commercial property and keyless entry. Noise traffic during the day. Evenings and weekends are quiet.

The rental was immaculately clean. Private location. Shared the location with a radiator repair company, but they were across and down from rental. No one bothered me or my space. No noise or distractions. Nice little getaway..
