Beautiful brand new neighborhood that is growing! Several new home communities in the area. Costco, Bass Pro Shop, AMC Theatre, Promenade Shopping Mall with several restaurants. Home is located just off I-5, 120 bi-pass and hwy 99. Kaiser hospital is 2 minutes away! Day trips to the Bay Area, Sacramento, Monterey, San Francisco or Yosemite and Lake Tahoe! Centrally located to many great areas, Napa is only 1.5 hours away, or wine tasting in Lodi, CA. 25 minutes away.
