Upscale Oceanfront Condo Steps From The Seashell Stage

This new condo with beautiful ocean views and private balcony with easy access from major roadways to the off street gated parking (1 vehicle), no need to drive the busy boulevard.

View spectacular sunrises and local fireworks display from your private balcony. Located on the quiet end of boardwalk with restaurants and entertainment within walking distance. There is a view of the sea shell stage which is a 4 minute walk. Directly across the one way street to the beach, this second floor unit has bedroom. There is also a true queen size platform sleeper sofa, as used in Disney World Resorts in the living room. The kitchen includes granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, induction stove, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, nutri-bullet, air fryer, dishwasher and is fully equipped with dishes, pots, pans, etc.

There is a 55" 4K Samsung TV in the living room with Blu-ray/DVD player, 2.1 channel sound bar, Cable and Wifi. Play your own music through the blue tooth enabled sound bar, or connect with a 3.5mm cable. There is a full size washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience.

All linens and towels are provided. The unit is easily accessible by secure, coded elevator.

This condo exceeded our expectations. The view of the ocean was breathtaking and viewing the sunrise in the morning was so peaceful. Steve and Bonny were excellent hosts, and had everything we needed (and more)! We were able to take all the day trips through New England to enjoy the Fall colors. We will definitely be coming back again, and this is the only place we would like to stay. Thank you for the best week!

First impressions walking into the condo was “wow” amazing view of the ocean. The condo was spotless, nicely decorated with a beach theme and Comfortable furniture. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would or need or think of and everything thing was clean. Appliances, large and small, were newer and clean.( yes I have a thing about things being clean).The condo was well stocked from kitchen utensils to towels, pots and pans etc. Secured parking was awesome Highly recommend this location for your next time in Hampton Beach.

This was our 13th experience with a rental property and by far the smoothest! Steve and Bonny met us at the property, helped bring our stuff in, and provided a personal walk through to assist with any questions. The property was immaculate! Additionally, it has most everything you might need for your stay. People watching is always entertaining, but Wednesday is fireworks night and the view from the balcony is spectacular!

By far one of our favorite places to stay. The moment you walk in your eye is drawn right out the big window to the surf. Steve and Bonnie are wonderful hosts. The condo is immaculate with everything you need. Every year we find great new places minutes away, but no traveling required because there's so much with in walking distance. Absolutely deserves the 5 star rating.
