Stayed for 5 nights with my family. Great location away from the hustle and bustle of the Boardwalk. Loved watching the sunrise and set just steps away from the condo.

Nice stay.

It was a decent stay , only reason for 4 stars is the mattress is completely worn out and sinks in the middle.

Cute room with very responsive renters! Building had very nice people staying throughout. Loved the little beach across the street, not crowded. My 8 year olds tolerated the 15-20 minute walk to the strip. We were a bit bummed being in north Hampton but fell in love with it and plan to come back!

Great location and Room was Great!... Bed could be better

The access to the beach across the street was fantastic and the room was perfect for a family of 4. The bed though sunk in the middle and was a bit uncomfortable to sleep in. That was the only Con to the fantastic room. Ease of access and parking was perfect! the kids had a blast and we made great memories.

Great place to stay at Hampton Beach

Our stay was wonderful, every morning I got to get up and have my coffee while listening to the waves crashing and a beautiful view of the beach. We went for daily walks on the boardwalk and on the beach did a couple of excursions to nearby Portsmouth and Kittery and of course enjoyed the beach.

There was a mix-up about what day we were arriving, so the bed was not made when we arrived, but management took full responsibility for the mix-up and resolved the issue quickly. I was quite impressed with the way that management handled the issue. The description of the property was very accurate. The view from the balcony is fantastic, and it’s just a short walk across the road to the beach, which was very convenient.

Perfect Home Away From Home

Amazing views, steps away from the beach, beautiful sunrises. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and well kept. The building was secure and beautifully maintained. Can't wait to stay again.
