This gated residential development has six incredible swimming pools, one just steps away and all connected by beautifully tropical landscaped walkways. Just a short walk to the beach, numerous restaurants, and shops of Las Palmas.
This two bedroom, two and a half bath detached home blends a combination of luxury with comfort to ensure relaxation and fun.
The open concept floorplan is perfect for enjoying family time or fun with friends, air conditioned throughout with a stylish and comfortable living area, pull out sofa, spacious indoor dining and half bath. The large fully equipped, modern kitchen features beautiful granite countertops with plenty of prep space, island seating, and full size appliances.
