Disliked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy
I don’t know about the cleanliness or value because I never got in. Property manage to double booked the room and then bad mouthed VRBO while VRBO says they did not sync their calendar. I tried messaging the property manager because I hadn’t received access information and instead of responding that the didn’t have me on their schedule, they waited until I arrived to tell me.
