This is a stunning large Studio with private (totally fenced) backyard into a Art-Déco Historical exBoutique-Hotel, 1 block to the beach.
Blue Flamingo Suites is newly renovated. It's a fine art-déco style gem, steps to the beach. It was a boutique-hotel for years, than abandoned. It was restored to its former glory in September 2025 and is now ready to welcome new guests!

ATTENTION: The property has a centralized A/C system. The temperature is FIXED at 73 °F - 23 °C. You can open or closed the air vent inside the rooms

✔ Entire space is included in this rental. Please, make yourself at home.

Location is perfect as it's less than 5 minute walk to the beach in a cute little downtown area where there are restaurants a convenience store a Walgreens and much more. This little hotel was extremely cute and well decorated. Everything was extremely clean and nothing seemed to be worned down. Communication was extremely easy with the host.
