Wake up to the rising sun each morning at this third-floor oceanfront villa with spectacular views of the water, the beach, and the Folly Beach Pier! Bring your morning coffee outside to the expansive shaded balcony, take long walks on the beach below, and cool off each afternoon in one of the two seasonal community pools.



What’s nearby:

The Charleston Oceanfront Villas are enviably located right on the sand in Folly Beach, less than a block from Center Street and its many shops, restaurants, cafes, and bars. Sign up for a surfing lesson or a paddleboarding session with one of the recreational outfitters on the island, or observe brown pelicans at Skimmer Flats in Folly Beach County Park less than two miles west. You'll also be only 12 miles south of downtown Charleston, with its fascinating history, rich culture, and world-class cuisine.

The location was perfect and the views were beautiful! The condo could use some updates such as ceiling fans, bathroom updates, new patio furniture, and one of the beds needs a new mattress. The kitchen could use some serving spoons and some storage containers for left over food.

Beautiful and clean unit! We had a blast! With three different families we could’ve used an extra fob to the pool and beach. Also, after sitting through traffic to finally arrive, we realize we gotta turn around and go pick up the parking passes off island and sit through traffic again. Wish they were in the room for us. Will stay here again!

We had a great stay and the location was perfect. We got the view of beaches and a 20 minute drive over to do things in Charleston. The places clean and as described. Who knew surfing was so popular there. Hours watching that from the large balcony. Food options are within walking distance as well. It was a great stay.

Great place and great views!

First time at Folly Beach and we had an amazingly great time. Everything is walking distance from the condo. The views from the back deck AMAZING! Our trip was cut short by a day due to the winter storm but we will be back!

Perfect beach location

Condo perfect for a family of 5. Short walk to shops and restaurants. Elevator was very slow so wish they could fix that but overall a great find.

very nice stay

The only issues were mold in the master shower tap handle, refrigerator water spout water dirty and the vacuum was full looks like it has not been emptied, other than that it was a great location with clean rooms and plenty of cleaning supplies.

We enjoyed the perfect location, the direct beach front views from living room, master and large balcony. Beds were super comfy and the temp inside the condo was perfect. It was HOT outside. We needed more towels and they brought them within a few hours. My only comment is the large kitchen knives need a good sharpening! We loved it!

Even the weather was good.

We knew we were taking a chance going to the beach in January, but it was far better than we expected. The villa was as promised. Everything we might need and more. Everything was in working order and we had a very lovely time.

View was amazing. we had a great time only complain it too 24houres to get the Fab to enter pool and go to the beach told us we will get it .... then again till we really complained. They were please be patient??? For how long we were only there 3 nights. Unite was good everything there you need. would go there again

Quiet beach getaway

The condo is lovely; right on the beach with a beautiful view. It is a quiet, safe neighborhood. The kitchen is well appointed. Everything was completely clean. Everything worked.
