Brand new and boasting four bedrooms, the whole family will be impressed by the home's welcoming aura, modern updates, and fresh decor.

The kitchen will delight the chef of your group with its suite of stainless steel appliances, gleaming countertops, and center island. When you want to dine alfresco, fire up the gas grill and host a sweet summer barbecue. After eating, enjoy the views from the large windows in the living room, or sit out on the balcony and take in all the wonder and beauty around you.

Wonderful location!

We came down for The Big Rock. The house the perfect size, was stocked well, and was incredibly clean. The views were breath taking. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful spot for family vacation!

We absolutely loved this home. It was beautiful, in a perfect location, and the kids had plenty of room to stay entertained. Very clean and organized. We used the grill and some of the beach items provided and it was very helpful! Loved being able to cookout and have picnic tables and plenty of driveway space downstairs. Would recommend and would stay here again.

Second stay at the Marshmallow and we love it!

This is our second family vacay at the marshmallow and this house is perfect! It’s well equipped, decorated beautifully, situated in the most beautiful spot and the sunsets are breathtaking!! The home owner has it all as well as a beach wagon, chairs, sand toys, cornhole and a grill. This beach home is the perfect getaway spot!! The only complaint is the cleaning company does a lack luster job assuring this property is ready for new guests and equipped with the necessities like toilet paper, soap, trash bags, laundry detergent, paper towels and cleaning supplies so be sure to bring just in case you need them.

The owners of this house canceled on us six months after we booked it. We were not able to stay here and had to find other accommodations. It was a huge hassle and I think it is very bad business to be able to rent a property and then have it canceled on a six months later.

We are truly sorry for the unexpected change to your vacation plans. The owner had to cancel due to their own arrival on those dates, which unfortunately affected your booking. In those instances, we work to provide an alternate home for the dates of the guests' stay, work with the guest to move the dates of their stay, or provide a full refund as available. We apologize for the inconvenience, frustration, and disappointment that this has caused and we hope to have the opportunity to host you in the future.
