You'll never want to leave this tranquil abode right in the Intracoastal Waterway and only about 350 yards to the beach. Spend your days floating in the cool waters of your private pool. There's even a private dock from which you can indulge in the pleasant setting. Or, barbecue a savory lunch on the personal gas grill out on the deck. If you do wish to venture out farther, you will be within about 15 miles of Mulberry Park, Rivers Edge Golf Club and Plantation, and the Odell Williamson Auditorium.

Inside, you'll find a coastal chic design set for entertainment with a full kitchen and even a bonus wet bar and beverage fridge. WiFi is complimentary, and modern conveniences include central air-conditioning and a private washer/dryer.

Location is perfect - views from every deck. Love the mood lighting for the outdoor space. Indoors is comfy and cozy. Pool was the perfect temperature after a hot day at the beach. House has everything you need

It's a beautiful home right on the canal. There's beach access across the main highway. The hone had everything we needed and we will definitely be back.

The house was very niceand clean. My problem was with the extras. The swimming pool wwater was very cold and the owner wanted 100 per day to heat. The hot tub and gas grill were bth very dirty.

Great home! Prefect vacation

The sunrises and sunsets are amazing from the top floor of the house! Everything was great, house was well equipped! Small complaint is that the pool water is very cold since it gets no sun.

Very nice place.

It was very clean, very spacious, very well equipped, elevator a plus, nice pool, enjoyed the fire pit. Wet bar and beverage fridge were nice touch. Nice to have paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, laundry soap, etc. already stocked. Nice way tables could be configured different ways. Big screen TV to watch the ball games. Nice balconies on each level.

Overall great house, great location. Hot Tub has seen better days and should be replaced. Enjoyed the bicycles located on property after purchasing a $25 air pump to firm up the tires. Nice grill and nice vews of sunrise and sunset.

Accessible & User friendly for the entire family

The house has a lot of stairs, but every level has access to a nice elevator. The kitchen is stocked with 3 coffee makers and a beautiful air fryer and a high-end oven. We were able to cook/bake/fry whatever we wanted. The decks were all well-maintained, and the views were gorgeous. The pool and spa were well-maintained. You can request that the pool be heated now, too. The beach is just at the end of the street, so a very short walk away. The beds were very comfortable, and the couches were too. They seriously thought of everything. Everyone had a great time.

When arriving at this property, we noticed several things which were unacceptable. The elevator did not work, which typically would not be a problem, but two out the six in our group recently dealt with knee issues. Which made it difficult to climb the steps. We noticed that the TV upstairs in the living room was not working. It was not logged into a Roku account. To find out later that every single TV in the house had some sort of an issue. Mind you. We are TV people. One was completely missing a remote, other remotes missing batteries, and another TV would turn on but not change channels. We sent our young adult children out to get in the hot tub to find out the hot tub didn’t have water. The entire reason we rented the property. That evening as we were getting ready for bed. We noticed one of the beds box springs had a large brown stain. Very large and very visible. It made it hard for my mother to want to pull down the sheets and get into bed. Very disappointed and disgusting. I ask for a mattress box spring cover but no response. To top it off, Our drain in the shower was slow to drain to the point we were standing in our dirty water while showering. Do not rent this property. I am sure there are others at this same price point that the property manager shows more attention to detail. DO NOT recommend!!!
