The perfect lake house, this space features the relaxed beauty of New England–inspired coastal style paired with the warmth of a classic cottage. Designed for shared moments & quiet renewal, it offers airy gathering spaces with lake views alongside cozy nooks for respite. With direct lake access, days unfold—coffee at sunrise, afternoons of play, & sunsets by night. Both a playground & a sanctuary, it leaves you with the peace of the lake, the joy of connection, & the beauty of time well spent.
The space:
This 3 bedroom and 2 bath waterfront home is located just off Badin Lake's main channel. It is near the mouth of a highly desirable deep-water cove and features 60 ft. of water frontage. It is ideal for swimming & fishing, and features a gazebo with a porch swing, an easy walk to the pier, and a large lakeside screened-in porch off the living room that is perfect for summer relaxation with ceiling fans and elevated views in multiple directions. Other features include: master & laundry on main floor, a stocked propane grill, a covered propane-lit fire pit, abounding outdoor seating options, a kitchen with stainless kitchen appliances, a double oven and beautifully large range with a pot filler, marble countertops, coffee maker, espresso maker, and microwave. The house sits close to a boat ramp very nearby and is in a convenient location near the lake’s marinas that provide dining, gas, & watercraft rentals. The Uwharrie National Forest nearby is a great destination for camping, hiking, horseback riding & ATV/OHV trails. Within 30 min - 1 hour from epic day trip destinations: Charlotte, Greensboro, Badin, Albemarle & Asheboro (30 min away).
