We had a great trip to Sutton Bay and this house was absolutely perfect. The location is great you can walk to hike and to all the shops and restaurants ! The beds are comfy. The family room is a very cozy place to hang out and have a glass of wine. Melissa was great with communication answered all our questions very promptly. We will definitely rent here again !

We booked Melissa’s place for our daughter’s wedding weekend. It was such a blessing to have such a big space for our family and pups. The place was gorgeous and super clean. Downtown is right down the street. We had the best weekend. Everything was perfect and super comfortable. Thank you so much!

The house was perfect for our needs (6 adults / 4BR), very clean and ready to go, everything as advertised and every convenience thought of. Check in and out went very smooth and the communication with the owner was excellent. Easy walk to town and waterfront, easy pedal to the bike trail. Would highly recommend, especially for larger group.

What a wonderful stay in Suttons Bay. The home was a cosy cottage feel, it had everything we needed and plenty of living space. The location was perfect, easy to walk into town and close to hiking and biking trails. Fun shops to visit and great food. We definitely recommend!

The proximity to downtown was great.....easy to walk to dinner ....Suggestions.......either eliminate the chores ie strip beds, towels, start laundry, dishwasher, and trash or have the checkout time 11 or 12......We didn't have time to enjoy our morning with all the chores and leaving by 10am...... also could use wastebaskets in bedrooms and some Kleenex. The shower head upstairs really needs replaced......Overall, the house is clean and well stocked....

Great option for our group!No futons, but a sleeper couch was available although in the way when open. Better suited for 8 adults.

2nd year we've stayed here and we have nothing but good things to say. Love the proximity to everything in the suttons bay area and beyond. Host is great and place is perfected suited for a family.

The house was exactly as advertised and in a great location. The host provided great info regarding the house and local places to visit and eat. We were in town for a wedding and both my brother’s family and my family had a great time.

Great walkable location

Great stay right in the heart of Sutton’s Bay. Close enough to walk into the Village or the beach which was great!
